  Disgusting

  This place is a total dive. When we arrived we noticed the hotel was connected to a motel. We ham had no problems finding parking. At the front desk there was a LINE of people with problems with their rooms. Some people were having to leave the hotel and stay somewhere else. It took about 1 hour to check in and it was 10pm. The hotel is very outdated and gross. The hallways were filthy. Dirty carpets that looked like they had not been vacuumed for weeks, yellow peeling wallpaper. The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the hall. The rooms are small and outdated. They seemed fairly clean but overall the place was so gross I couldnt sleep at night.

  Hotel is Average....... But not that impressed

  The hotel was okay. Very cleaned. Front desk people were very helpful and friendly but... We stayed for 2 1/2 days and they didn't clean our rooms at all. No clean towels no nicely made bed, toilet was slow to flush, nothing. The people at the bar very slow. If you know a convention is coming to your hotel - you would think you would get more people to work that weekend. We waited over 20 mins for a drink and the food prices were outrageous. Overall - Nice. Housekeeping - Not so great.

  There is no way Guests are writing these reviews -- SO awful

  I have stayed every week for several weeks in a row and never without an issue. One week screaming pageant girls had me up all night long, running halls without masks, slamming doors til 3am when we had to be up at 6am. The hair dryer was missing one stay and my daughter had to go to school with a wet head in 20 degree weather. No one will come to your room with anything so if you want food plan to hoof it down to the "restaurant" which is offering all of 3 choices for lunch and 3 for dinner. We were the only 2 paying customers at 11am on the dot, they wouldn't make us eggs because "we are on lunch now" (literally not a soul in the entire hotel and they are claiming they need to work on lunch prep, can't get eggs out of the frig). Give me a break. No Wifi last visit. Once I ordered a cheeseburger, waited an hour, had to leave never got the food. They two staff working the bar and kitchen were totally overwhelmed by a part of 8 people eating dinner. I heard half a dozen people told when they came in to order food to carry to their room it would be at least an hour. Last time I complained at the front desk and she just sat staring at me, no "I'm sorry" or "I'll go talk to the kitchen about getting some eggs." Forget any kind of hospitality here, they are programmed to do the very minimum. Any reviews from the last few months that say otherwise are staff written I promise.

  Convenient location and Jeff is great!

  This is my second time staying here and will stay again. It does need some updating, but the location is good right next to the highway. The reason I really enjoy my stay and why I will come back is Jeff at the front desk. He is not only very welcoming when you come in but he also checks up on you. Like he says, the only way I cant help you is if you dont ask. Great customer service as he always gets what I need.

  Short stay

  We only stayed one night. We were upgraded to a large suite. Room was large had a sofa and couch. The bathroom had a shower only. The room seemed like it had a few deferred maintenance issues and had a few items that weren't cleaned very well. For instance bathroom light and shower. The hot water was very slow. Room was quiet and bed soft and comfy. The staff was super friendly! We did have a drink and breakfast at restaurant. They had very limited options.
