  Por placer o negocios

  Nuestra idea fue en realidad por placer. El hotel ciertamente es muy ejecutivo, pero no deja de lado todas las comodidades para que se pueda disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Además con parqueo y cercano a todas las atracciones. El trato en el salon ejecutivo del Hotel es sobresaliente. La piscina se encontraba en remodelación, pero en general todas las instalaciones estan muy bien.

  Need to bring back more staff

  I realize Covid has change many of the ways we operate, but this place has plenty of guests to the point I was told the only room style available was the one I had. The food has always been stellar in the past ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it tasted like old beef, apparently all meat is grilled on the same space, no burned on the same space. The fries however are excellent. Breakfast is another matter, in a 3 days stay not once did I not find unmoving line. Gave up as I had to go to work and ate elsewhere. Woke up one morning to a room full of cigarette smoke coming from the vent in the bathroom. This has not been typical of the past and hope you reopen the lounge and start to call in enough help to feed the guests, especially when we are paying for it!!

  Best Hotel

  This is the only hotel I will stay at in the Springs. Also, Teressa Gibbs is a fantastic employee who makes you feel at home. The have fantastic hiking trails behind the property as well as the best hotel gym.

  Great Guest Service

  Shout out to Teresa at check-in who went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. She is a gem. The rooms did not feel as fresh and clean as other Marriotts. Its an older property and they have updated the decor. However, there was a foreign object in the bed when I pulled back the covers. It was a lumpy piece of dirt looking thing that made me think it could be organic. That weirded me out a bit but other than that, awesome guest service but opportunities with cleanliness and freshness. Also, I have a thing against LED bright harsh light and the rooms have that at bedside. There is a smaller more pleasant lamp in the room that I moved around.

  Very Enjoyable

  We just had a very nice stay at the Marriot in Colorado Springs. We arrived late during a blizzard and weren't about to venture out into the cold again... we decided to try the hotel restaurant instead. The menu was limited (mainly due to Covid) but the service was spectacular! We had Cameron as our server the first night, and he was great. Then we tried breakfast, Jon was our server and was extremely attentive. The following morning we had Jacki and she was a rockstar! We didn't see any reason to go anywhere else. They had our orders memorized and Jon even had my favorite tea ready for me the next morning. If you want to have a Stress-free Vacation we highly recommend the service at the Marriot!
