  Estuvimos aqui en agosto de 2018. El hotel se encuentra en Covington, justo al otro lado del rio Ohio de Cincinnati, con lo que lo convierte en una buena opcion para visitar Cincinnati. La habitacion era amplia y remodelada

  Awesome Views

  Stayed here recently in Room 916, which was a corner room with great views of the river and Cincinnati skyline. Check-in was quick, easy and very friendly. Room was clean, and everything worked well, except for the ridiculous shower head which didn't work on the "normal" setting. Was in town for wedding just across river at the park. Very easy walk across the pedestrian walk-way of the bridge to take you into the beautiful park on other side of river. Parking was challenge in self-serve garage on Friday and Saturday night (Thursday night was easy). Garage was full by 10:00 saturday night and had to use outdoor lot just a couple hundred yards away. Valet was awesome in allowing us use of the curb for short periods while we loaded and unloaded for wedding guests. Bar area was nice, but only open until 10:00 pm. Breakfast was excellent in the bar Saturday morning. Plenty of good restaurants close by, and easy access to highway to airport. Would definitely stay here again if I am in town. Curious as to what is being built outside hotel down by water. Looks like some sort of pavilion.

  Not clean and horrible service in resturant

  Checked in around 10 PM. Clerk vety nice and gave me an awesome room location. Floor had sticky spills on tile floor. Obviously not mopped. Bathroom fixtures clean but again floor sticky. Had to change socks. Went for breakfast. Ordered and waited and waited.. Told the 1 person serving I was almost out of time. She said the order was.probably up but she had not had time to get it. Waited more and no food.. I had to give up and go to my meeting without breakfast.

  Great overnight stay

  Have stayed here 3 times now and its always wonderful. The construction is done in the lobby and is finished very nicely. Parking is convenient and the view is amazing. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are very updated and nice. TVs also have ability to log into your Netflix or Hulu account which is convenient. We really like staying here and walking across the bridge for dinner/ breakfast. Will definitely be back.

  Could have been better

  Nice check-in however no upgrade other than a room with a view. Upgrade to me is when the hotels almost empty giving you a suite special in your Bonvoy gold member. Concierge lounge closed. Breakfast is limited and only one person on duty for too many customers. Pool was opened early so I could swim laps! Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Excellent view of river and city. Several really good restaurants within easy walk. Lyft is non existent in the area plan accordingly, hotel has cab service they use that was great for ride to airport. No local or airport shuttle at hotel.
