  Good for short-term stay

  I stayed here for a couple of nights while coming to watch a film fest that a friend was coordinating, and my stay was comfortable and un-problematic. My bed was comfortable and spacious, my room wasn't tiny, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained (nothing was falling apart or frayed). The decorations are on par with other hotels in this chain - nothing spectacular or noteworthy, but still clean and streamlined. The hotel staff were superb: friendly and willing to take the extra step to help you with what you need. It was super cold when I checked in (after I'd driven for a long while), and they made me feel welcome and cheered me up after the long commute and cold weather. The pool and gym were great!

  Accommodating Accommodations

  The reception area is visually appealing and the staff is welcoming from arrival to departure. Location is convenient to town, transportation and airport. Shuttles are available The rooms are spacious, clean, well designed. Fortunately I did not have to share my room. Those who did complained the bathroom was crowded and hard to navigate for two or three in a room. The meals were tasty although sometimes not hot enough for those of us who remained in workshops Desserts were exceptional! We had three meals each day so it was easy to praise (or if need be, criticize) all facets from preparation to serving on a job well done. The meeting rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was accommodating for both individual and groups. Attention was paid to details both small and large. I was disappointed when our next quarterly meeting could not be booked here due to a scheduling issue of leaders.

  What a Cluster!

  Not 10 minutes after checking into my room, I go to use the sink and it's spewing brown liquid. Apparently, they were fixing the boiler, but it literally looked like Pepsi was spewing out of my sink. Call the front desk to say there's a problem, but they had no idea what was up. They did call back to say it was the boiler, but never bothered to call back to say when it was fixed. At least I was able to take a shower later. On top of that, the bill I received has the incorrect dates on it and I cannot get ahold of anyone to fix it. This is just ridiculous.

  Comfortable

  Great clean hotel and convenient location next to many restaurants. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Would have been nice if breakfast was included in the rate but never the less, our stay was good.

  Convenient

  Close to the airport and not too far off the highway. Lots of options to eat in the area and rooms are spacious and ver clean. Taking all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. Have stayed here several times prior to the pandemic and its a property I know I can trust.
