  Our week at Maritime

  The condo was beautiful and the staff very friendly. But the timeshare meeting you had to go to was awful. They just wouldnt take NO for an answer. But after that was done (2 hours later) the rest of the week was wonderful. Lovely weather and the studio room we had was lovely. Loved an unobstructed view of the ocean each day from the 8th floor. Very clean and spacious. My only complaint would be the timeshare program.

  Great location, but has some needs before we would come back!

  The size of the unit and the location was great. There are just a few things that would stop us from coming back. The number one being cleanliness! If the unit had been clean, I would have maybe overlooked a few things! Especially the bathrooms. Lots of hair to clean up before we could even think of using the bathrooms! Won't talk about the dirty corners in the bathroom. Old carpet needs removed and a laminate floor of some sort to replace it. Just don't care to walk on old dirty carpet. Also a queen or king size bed would be nice in master suite! I love my husband....but who sleeps in a reg size bed anymore?

  LOVE Maritime!

  I don't rate Maritime as excellent only because of the age of the building, But my family have been owners since the timeshares at Maritime first opened. I love this place. I stay here, own, several weeks every year. Love the rooms, love the view, love the pool, love the hot tub, love the staff. I have booked the week after Christmas for the last 10 to 15 years. This week is one of the MOST looked forward to times of my year. I am NEVER disappointed!

  Not what I expected

  For having such a high rating I expected much more. I booked a 1 bedroom for a week. The bedroom was honestly a foot larger than the bed itself. In order to get around the bed you had to duck your head under the wall mounted tv (that wasn't very big) stuffed in the corner wall. I actually only stayed for a day, I didn't even spend the night there. Im local so I just went home. I couldn't take how small the whole place was. Really no where to go. Thr living room had a small sofa with a table tucked in the corner that was to big to even sit at with the chairs.

  Always enjoy staying at this resort. Good service by friendly staff. Clean and many amenities. Coconuts Tiki Bar attached has great food and drinks (seasonal). Close to Main Street shopping, food, entertainment.
