Avoid this place!Unfortunately I must advise strongly against this place. Yes, the location is convenient. The rooms, once you get past the entrance (which the owner seems to use for storage), are fine, if a little spartan and the bathrooms very small. But we had a most unpleasant experience with the owner essentially extorting extra money from us and threatening to call the police and kick us (and the 6 children in our group) out into the street at 10 o'clock at night. This after we had paid IN FULL, in cash, in advance for 2 nights! Terrible. The caretaker discovered a crack in a toilet seat after our first night. She claimed that this was not present before we checked in. I did not notice it, but none of our party could recall anything that could have caused the crack. So, who knows, it is possible that we caused the crack, also possible that it was already there. The caretaker, however, took a very accusatory tone with me and demanded that I pay 50 euros for the seat. That is a ridiculously inflated price (we saw toilet seats available for sale in a hardware store for 100 kuna, or 13 euros). But later in the day, the caretaker called me again and said I had to pay 100 euros! For a toilet seat. I insisted on speaking with the owner, who was emotional and abusive on the phone. Then came the threats, the police and an extremely unpleasant scene. In the end, I paid 100 euros for a toilet seat. If you do ever stay at this place, go over every inch of it with the owner and record, in writing, every defect. There are, for example, several stains and rips in the carpet. Make sure you don't end up paying for those!
