  Great staff, extremely caring, helpful, and knowledgeable. The location & amenities where minimal at best at this resort. The hot tube was on the roof which was nice but it was extremely small and not accommodating to even small groups. The wood on the roof was old and coming apart. I was uncertain of my safety when I was walking around on the roof deck. There was night life around the location but was not geared to families with children. The beach was in walking distance and was very clean.

  Love this resort and it's staff !!!!!

  My husband and I vacationed with another couple and I have to say this was one of our best vacations out of many. The resort is great! There is a rooftop deck with hot tub which overlooks the bay and views of the Gulf of Mexico. The area restaurants are wonderful. Look up Nervous Nellie"s which is right next door and you will see an example of the fun places to eat. The resort provides a two hour guided pontoon sightseeing trip at no charge. One of the most important assets of this resort is the great staff. Lisa and Laurie went out of there way to make sure any needs were met and were the best representatives of a resort I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Lisa even gave me her cell phone number in case I had any problem on Sunday when the front office is closed. Wonderful, friendly resort.

  Spectacular Views of the Marina and the Gulf!

  I hate to say much because I believe this is the best kept secret on Fort Myers Beach! Easy, walking access to shops, restaurants, marina and the beach. Love the new open-air Snug Harbor Restaurant just right outside the door and directly on the water. The rooms are very reasonable, compared to other comparable rooms on the beach. They are well kept and fully-stocked with everything you need for your stay except for coffee, drinks and food.

  New bayside restaurant is so tasty!

  You know something is good when you go two days in a row! Fresh peel and eat shrimp (and I mean, fresh!), mussels, grouper, mahi mahi-even the burger was a winner! Dee took fabulous care of us....the drinks were generously poured....if you like Bloody Marys you can make that your meal, with bacon and olives and pickles! I was too full to try the dessert so maybe next time...and there WILL be a next time!!!!
