  Terrible experience

  For far the worst hotel and customer service I have ever experienced. Hotel managed by unscrupulous individuals. We were supposed to get an apartment with "garden view", got an awful apartment with "street view instead". Onsite staff didn't allow us to speak to hotel management. We didn't take the apartment as it clearly didn't fulfil the official description. While, we received written confirmation that the amount that we had already pre-paid would be reimbursed, we got a second message refusing reimbursement. Finally they even charged our credit card again. Stay away from these cheaters. Don't go to this place as you will be at serious risk of being cheated and experiencing a terrible service. We reported this to the Portuguese Consumer Protection Organisation. Truly hope this comment helps to avoid further abuses.
