  We stayed at the beginning of October but little did we know the season had finished so hardly nothing was open, no restaurant apart from one we found, no clubs, and no bars apart from 2. We spent most of our time sitting in the hotel as there was nothing to do outside of it apart from mini golf which was a little walk away. Reception and staff: if your not German, Russian or Bulgarian they were very rude to you, no smiles, no laughing, NOTHING! Me and my partner paid for a double bedroom but got a single twin room. The receptionist on at 3am when we arrived told us to come down in the morning to change rooms as there was plenty of rooms all over the hotel as its end of season. Went in the morning and spoke to a different receptionist to find she was VERY rude and said we could not change to a double because there was no rooms left, bit odd as the lady before told us there was plenty of rooms all over the hotel. Me and my partner ending up pushing two singles bed together to make a double. Bedrooms: our bedroom was cleaned every day apart from twice, our shower was lovely and beds were comfy and every time our room was cleaned they refilled our fridge with two cartons of juice, one bottle of water and two cans of beer which was free of charge. Bad things would be that our tv didnt work in our room even though the tv remote had a red light when we pushed the buttons, the cleaners never once changed our bed sheets and this didnt help as I kept getting bitten by something (we stayed in room 3311). Food: the food was very standard but lots to choose from, I had to be careful when getting dessert as there was no labels expect from the main dishes explaining what they were. Im allergic to bananas and on two occasions I bit into some desserts which had banana in them. ALSO BEWARE OF THE MOSQUITOES, I got bit all over my legs which went swollen and sore which I wasnt able to walk for two days! only found one pharmacy which was open that was miles away from our hotel and had to pay 38 LEVS FOR SOME CREAM AND SOME HAY FEVER TABLETS! Overall I would not stay again!

  Holiday getaway

  Very impressed with this hotel. Wonderful staff, great food and some entertainment. A stones throw from the beach, which has plenty of souvenir stalls and close by, over the road is a lovely, professional lady, selling fantastic tours. Love the sky roof and the swimming pool, which we frequented more than once. Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

  Holiday all inclusive

  + beautiful sea view +close to the beach and close to the center +good food +very confortable nr de +large tools +room clear -don't have private beach ,sun beds and umbrella at the beach (must pay 9 leva) -don't have enought parking place

  I don't recommend it!

  Awful staffing. They wanted additional money for car park.I surely don't recommend it. Shift manager Ralitsa Chirpanska wasted our time and money.She had really bad manager behaviour. This is not possible in four star hotel. I don't recommend it!

  Excelent experience!

  Very big room and bathroom, daily cleaning, diverse and very tasty food, flexible hours for eating, snack bar from 7 till 23, outside spaces for lunch, very kind personnel-using mask, gloves and plastic safety for face, extremly accurate personnel for keeping guests safe -follow them to ware gloves inside restaurant, desinfectant spray, pool inside, utside and small one for kids all-cleaned daily, bar at the pool, kind and nice young animateur for kids and guests, close to the sea, the sea is not to deep for about 30 meters, excellent for kids. No hotel chairs at the sea (9leva for 2 chairs with pillows and 1 umbrella) Free parking, but asked for 30 leva from security guys. It was a great experience, I totally recomend.
