  5 for the location and 5 for all the friendly staffs

  I love the location of this apartment (definetly staying here again in future)..the security was very tight (no easy access for outsiders that are not staying at this appartment) which is very good the staff was very polite and very helpfull the car parked which they provided was totally secure by the security the only thing that they need to replace and maintain was the gym.they should provide more facilties for the gym such as treadmills and more weights..when i think of going to kota kinabalu on a next trip,ill definetly staying at this apartment GOOD JOBS GUYS and THANK YOU!!!

  All that you need

  Perfect location. And we chose jack's bcos they dont charge any additional cost for our 8 people group. Fast internet. Fast response and very flexible on timing. Abt the location, perfect. Near to jesselton point, central market, wet market, handicraft market, waterfront mall, and relatively close to imago mall. Some wud say that airplanes crossing over the condo are noisy, but i say its breathtaking. Thanks jack and team.

  Good location with free parking

  Feel unsafe cause the staff have key to come in our room whenever they want,we didnt ask people to service aircon but when we go out and come back see the door is open we though have thief then the staff said boss ask them to service the aircon.They should inform us before they come.If anything lost who will responsible?

  Nice Condo

  Stayed there with kids. Nice apartment. Comfortable beds with good amenities. Fast wifi, free parking. the only downturn was, some of the floor area was wet. Especially in the kitchen and in the second bedroom near the window. Maybe its because of the heavy rain (we were there during the rainy season). but should be no problem without a heavy rain. will recommend this place to others.

  We book this apartment due to nice pics and some good opinions on Booking.com but when we reached this place, we regret. It was bit late to change into other apartment. Very old and dirty building from the very entrance till apartment door. Ants are everywhere even around your bedroom where you sleep. Basically no way you will like anything in all Marina Court Apartments because being there we tried to see other apartments too. Different owners but dirty place. So we do not recommend anyone this whole building.
