  so far so good!!

  we stayed there May 14,2018 for 1 wk...Everything went well except for our 1st night experienced 3:00am there was 1 guest banging all doors at our floor.i called reception & it was handled right away.One thing is the bathroom,it could filled up water cause theres no drainage on the bathroom floor.Door rooms no security lock...but so far services is good.Like to mention the very nice,informative,helpfull & always on joyfull mood receptionist "Melpo".Nevertheless to some it all up it was a good stay.Thanks to the management & staffs.i could definitely recomend this to a friend...

  Average hotel in the hill

  Hotel was average. I was not happy about cleaning standards. For example, towels and bed lines have stains. Location is also little bit remote from the city and locates in the hill, so there is exhausting climbing everytime. Pool area is quite nice and hotel was peacefull during our stay.

  Value for money

  This is a very nice 3star hotel in a great location. It is just above one km from the center of Ayia Napa. That means it is quite at night and at the same time very easy to get to the center. The staff is very friendly and polite, from the reception, to the cleaning ladies, to the pool barmen and the restaurant waiters. The breakfast is a very filling buffet. The pool is a big plus. We spend the whole day there and the kids still wanted to stay more! Our overall experience is very positive. I highly recommend it.

  Worst customer service

  Hotel lobby looks nice but rooms are very very dated. The staff are only interested in getting more money from you at every opportunity, charging extra for anything they can. Nonexistent customer service.

  Lovely hotel, would stay here again.

  I stayed here 1 week, booked through Norwegian IT-operator Ving, at a fairly reasonable price. I wished I could have stayed one more week. Breakfast was inclusive in the price, and the breakfast buffet was very nice. I also prepaid half board (dinner buffet excl. drinks). The quality of the dinner buffet was excellent, good value. My room was okay, the bathroom had a bath tub (I'd have preferred a shower cubicle), the air conditioning worked but was quite noisy, I only needed to have it turned on for shorter periods. The swimming pool was excellent, estimated water temperature 28-29 degrees C. There is also a small pool for the youngest children. Nice pool bar with tables, serves lunch. Plenty of shade if you don't want to stay in the sun all the time. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere end of September, no loud music. Some moderate street noise though. The waiters were polite and friendly, without behaving like clowns (as you might experience in some restaurants). Cleaning / housekeeping was okay. There were some miniscule ants in my room, but they did not bother me. Free WiFi only in the bar/dining/reception area. I would be happy to stay here again.
