  2 night during new year's

  Comfortable stay, super helpful staff. It was a lovely stay. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They accommodated our requests. The room we had faced the marina. It was a king suite with a sofa bed. Very spacious with a balcony. There is a brown bag breakfast with eggs, orange and bagel. There is a gym and an outdoor pool. Its right in the center of town and everything is walking distance. The Christmas decorations at the hotel were lovely.

  Had planned a trip up the East Coast with 3 other couples for June 2020.

  We had to cancel the trip in May due to Covid. I booked the room in January. I still have not received a refund for the one night's deposit. I have called the hotel 4 times and no refund yet.My credit card was hacked last March and the new card issued by my bank has a different number. The hotel said they could not credit my account because my old card number was cancelled. They promised to mail me a refund check that I still haven't received. I'm sure a stay at the hotel would have been wonderful. We weren't able to experience it due to Covid. We travel every summer and have never had a billing issue anywhere this hard to resolve.

  Amazing Place!!!!

  We absolutely love the Marina Bay Hotel and we will continue to come back.... Its a peaceful, beautiful hotel with so much to offer. The view from my room was extremely gorgeous. My room was quiet, lovely, clean... We will be back

  Great, Clean, Visit!

  We were very pleased with our stay here. The hotel felt very safe and clean I saw all staff and guests wearing masks in common areas. The staff was very friendly and offered great suggestions for our questions on activities and food. We were on a quick getaway for the weekend and wanted a view of the water from inside since temperatures were cold. Our suite included a lovely view of the bay and sunset! We liked the sitting area, microwave, and fridge in the suite. My only complaint is that I would have loved a bathtub option, but we only had a shower. The water was warm, but the water pressure could have been stronger.

  Wonderful stay

  Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Since we were here for the off season, we were given a beautiful large room with a view of the bay. Very clean. Very comfort bed. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed
