  We stayed here for the first time for one week. It's location is perfect and nice and central for the town, buses, beach and supermarket but that is all it has going for it. Apartments and very basic and dirty in some areas. Nothing a good clean and tlc wouldn't sort out! Whilst it is central it is also surrounded by around 6 bars and restaurants which often have live singers on. Great but Saturday night it went on past 2am!! Not so good when you have to be up for an early flight! Swimming pool is very small not meant for anyone wanting to swim just more splash about and there are only 10 sun loungers. The beach is literally to the left which is lovely as it's in a bay so no big waves so ideal for kids.

  Weekend break

  Great location on the marina and next to a beautiful sandy beach however this is a very basic hotel. The room was cold, dated and there were no facilities for making a hot drink. I wouldnt recommend this hotel if came with your family as you would be disappointed. Ok for a short break if you on a tight budget

  Torrevieja holiday

  Beautiful little town, gorgeous landscapes with beaches and plentiful eating places. Lots of shops. Very friendly locals. Definitely recommend a visit if in the area. Reasonable prices, variety of dishes served so cater for all preferences

  Awful place

  Good location, walking distance to town, bus stops, restaurants etc. I have visited torrievija several times so know the area a bit. From the photos of hotel apartments it looks good but beware! I have just returned from staying 7 nights at this place and couldn't wait to give the key back. We asked for a ground flat due to my friend being 75 with mobility problems. We arrived and she had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. Anyway the next day we moaned and was given a ground flat. However, it was awful. The bathroom was filthy and the drains smelt really bad, no plug for bath, thin towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, filthy shower curtain. Needed a really good bleach clean. The kitchen was poorly provided. No plates just bowls, 3 small cups, assortment of glasses, cutlery which needed throwing out. We bought a kettle from local shop, fridge wasn't very cold. Dreadful. Small bedroom was very small. Beds really uncomfortable, 1 pillow, very claustrophobic. Living room shabby, no pictures, no English channels on tv. Main bedroom looked ok. The flat was dark and dingy, hated being in there, which was only to sleep in the end. Verranda was dirty, 2 shabby chairs. Pool area again was dreadful, nearly all the sunbeds were broken, pool had flies in it, i didn't see it being cleaned all week. Bins around the area were always full. You need a card to enter pool, 1p euro deposit. Also have to pay 100 euros on booking in incase of any damages, but returned if all is acceptable on leaving! Didn't see many staff around the place. Receptionists weren't helpful. Very noisy, could hear people upstairs using bathrooms, scrapping chairs. Could hear people playing tennis late into the night. I much prefered the hotel madrid last September. So, think twice before you book this. I know everyone's different and I'm usually pretty essy going but thought people should know how utterly awful it is.

  People watching in Torrevieja

  Ive been here many times. Its the perfect place to people watch on lovely sunny days. Theres lots to do if you want to too. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly people everywhere. The car park is only 2 euro all day so is great as parking can sometimes be hard around the seafront.
