  Great staffs and very friendly .

  I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights , the place is clean , great staffs Brenda and Praise at the reception are amazing , everyone trying to assist you in anyway They can . Great hotel unfortunately few night clubs around the neighborhood makes sooo much noise till early hours of the morning beside that i will give them a pass . Hot water , clean small restaurant and WiFi I guess thats all you need to be comfortable in a place . Will give you another try next time .

  Wonderful Staff -- Unacceptably noisy night

  This comfortable small hotel is clean and acceptable. Breakfast is nice, with eggs cooked to order. The staff is incredibly genuine, friendly and helpful. Sadly, the noise from Starbucks Discotheque next door persisted absolutely all night and would prevent me from staying here again.

  It's like sleeping in a night club

  Nice hotel..nice staff..but come night time the open air nite club starts banging out music so loud it's like you are in the club itself.this loud music(and I mean Loud) goes on relentless All night until morning.the m.c also screams thru his microphone over the music.staying here is like self harming.you have been warned.

  Holiday

  This is located in a really noisy location few yards away from a night club which bangs out loud music with an MC shouting over the microphone till 5am in the morning. You can forget about having any sleep at all. The hotel has not even done anything about it and they will not tell you about the noise but they will take your money. It was not a good experience

  A Great Overall Experience

  This is my first trip to Uganda and I stayed in this hotel for 10 days. Staff The staff was excellent. They communicated well. Every enquiry I had was well listened and activated upon. FoodThe food was good. Breakfast was excellent. It was a buffet style and whenever they were running low on a particular dish, they replenished. The menu catered to all different ethnicities. So for all western travellers who are concerned about your food intake, you do not need to worry. I had most of my meals at the restaurant. The food was prepared with great care and I did not have any problems. RoomThe room was very comfortable. The bed was hard which was good for me. The toilets were dry and separated from the showering area. The hot water took a while but with a bit of planning, it was not an issue. I had a problem with the aircon and they were quick to respond and eventually moved me to another room. Sleeping Experience The only problem was the noise. A few units away from the hotel is a nightclub. The music was loud and sometimes that went on throughout the night. This could be a major concern for many. So please bring some ear plugs. There were times when it troubled me but that did not stop me from having a comfortable sleep. I was tired!InternetThe connection was a bit slow but manageable. LaundryThey do your laundry when requested. SecurityI felt safe in this hotel. Which is important. There are many hotels that I have been too and I am worried about my safety. This hotel felt really safe. Location Its near Lake Victoria and the hotel is about 200 meters from the main road. You cannot hear the traffic.
