  Tranquilo y con vistas

  Mucha diferencia entre las habitaciones con vistas al lago y las que tienen vistas al parking. Merece la pena el gasto extra. Habitaciones muy amplias y baño con hidromasaje. Buena atencion y check in ultra rapido. En pleno centro, a mano para ir a cenar a los restaurantes cercanos.

  Somebody please buy this hotel & refurbish to its full potential!

  The super friendly staff had our keys ready on arrival. All hotels should do this! The free WiFi was strong and password protected (great!). The hotel has free parking in their large open-air lot. Unfortunately, the positives all end there. The hotel has one very slow lift. The extremely basic room smelled musty with a strong dose of cleaning solution--not healthy, and certainly not good for sensitive sinuses! The bed was firm but OK for a night, though I awoke achy. There was only one non-feather pillow option included, and the pillow cases were all stained--gross! There were no power outlets at the nightstands--not good for two people needing to charge phones and devices at bedside. A simple power hub on each nightstand would resolve this issue, and it's so cheap to do! The room had no minifridge or coffeemaker. The bathroom had a shower (only) with a moldy shower head--gross! The toilet bowl also had loads of mold! Disgusting! Housekeeping needs to spend the time to scrub all of that clean! There were half a dozen spiders scattered about the room, which shows that housekeeping does not clean the corners of the walls/ceilings! The shower water pressure was OK, and the hot water stayed hot. The towels were thin and worn. There was a wall-mounted hairdryer. Only one bathroom light fixture worked. Shame on me for giving this hotel another try. Dirty, subpar rooms. The owners obviously know they're the closest choice near the ferry and don't care.

  A disappointment

  A disappointment as it looked really fancy from outside. I supposed we got the room from an annex so they were not part of the original building. Huge room but not comfortable beds. The bathroom was in need of a renovation. The restaurant was okay considering...

  Standard hotel

  Good standard hotel - have what you need in a hotel room. Rooms are very clean. Good breakfast selection (however - people were pretty much on top of each other - not really adhering to COVID19-guidelines) Interior a bit outdated, could use a makeover. Big plus: pets allowed

  Dont come here. No maintenance or management

  We were a team of 6 colleagues staying at maribo for a week of train installation. Colleague 1: two changes of room in one day, one for a extremely unconfortable bed and another for no hot water in shower. In final room, shower was dirty for two days, needed to be requested to clean it properly. Colleague 2: no hot water for 2 days, after saying the issue the first day. Room needed to the changed. Last day of stay a stranger came inside the room at night because they gave him the wrong room key over the reception. Card was not working this day. Colleague 3: no water at all in toilet sink, room had to be changed. Card was not working this day. Colleague 4: no heating in the room. Card was not working at the middle of the stay. No refund or compensations were granted, after trying to claim for them over check out. In fact, room rate was even more expensive the next week at same hotel.
