  Recomiendo mucho el Marcus Whitman

  El servicio es excelente, el personal de recepción simpático, la habitación estaba impecable y ofrecen desayuno gratuito COMPLETO.

  Average room, bad food

  Stayed here in October. Got a $175 suite. No microwave. The front desk man was very nice. Clean room. Faded furniture and carpets. Bad coffee. Nice bathroom. Breakfast was terrible. Old, cold french toast. Greasy, off flavor sausages. Rubbery scrambled eggs. The potatoes came with onions and green peppers which I don't like. The orange juice and coffee was ok. Couldn't eat the breakfast, so I grabbed a muffin and left. Impossible to turn off the bright bedroom sconce light. We put a towel over it.

  Great Weekend in Walla Walla

  Living in WA for 30ish years, but had never made it to Walla Walla until a couple months ago. We got amazing customer service from Jonathan at the front desk. He gave us a map of the town and pointed out some good tasting rooms and restaurants we should check out, as well as a couple of coupons for free tastings around town. We stayed in one of the Junior Suites on the 1st floor in the west wing and enjoyed our time. The room had a lot of space and being in a separate part of the hotel/not in the tower it felt really private and was quiet. Another plus, was that there was a little patio that opened up to the grassy area and the bigger back parking lot right across the lawn, so it was really easy to unload our stuff from the car. The room itself was spacious, there were two sinks - one in the bathroom and one outside, which was helpful as the bathroom itself was pretty small compared to the overall size of the room. Great water pressure though which I appreciate in a hotel! Everything was clean and sanitary and they have lots of hand sanitizing machines throughout the hallways and entrances. Due to covid the breakfast in the morning was a little bit different. They had grab and go options, along with all the coffee and beverages in a conference room off to the side of where you can check in to do their sit down breakfast. There was often a traffic jam of people at the door of people checking in and then people trying to go into the conference room to get their coffee, so I think they could work on the set up there a bit. We only did breakfast here one morning as there are a couple great options in town that we wanted to check out as well, but it's nice that they had options at the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and will stay here anytime we make the trek back out to walla walla!

  Perfect Engagement Getaway

  Absolutely perfect stay! Spent three nights there to relax and enjoy our engagement - now feeling completely rejuvenated. Front Office Manager, Jonathan took great care of us and our Spa Suite room was amazing - tub was extremely comfy. Room was immaculate and well appointed. Hot breakfast was great as well. Hope to make it back out there soon - so many more Wineries to explore! Cheers to the Marcus Whitman!

  Steadily diminished value proposition

  Stayed here numerous times in ten years. Each time I felt the value proposition had diminished from the previous stays. The only real advantage here is being downtown. The rooms in the west wing have bathrooms so small you must slide up beside the toilet to close the door. The expensive wood and textiles have been replaced with plastic. Nice plastic but lots of it. Even in the bathroom where the ceramic tile is replaced by plastic. Overall it has a college dorm room or nursing home feel. A previous review was right on the money as the breakfast is never very good anymore and is starting to taste like prison food. Left in the warmer since 6.
