Great value south of the DolomitesDo not let the resort in the title make you think there will be a pool boy and an activities manager; the hotel is run by Cristina (who is friendly and speaks adequate English) and her husband (who, while friendly, does not). The interior is very modern and well maintained. The suites are enormousour living area had three easy chairs, a lounger, a coffee table, a larger table, and two dining chairs, and had space left over. The included breakfast was very good. I believed we received great value staying there and using it as a base to explore the magnificent Dolomites. We could have slept in a hotel in the Dolomites at twice the price, but one doesnt see the mountains while asleep. Not a typical five stars hotel, but it does what it tries to do extremely well.

A good place to stay.New building (or recently renovated) with spacious and clean rooms. Located in a very quieted area with nice view. Free wifi in all rooms and the breakfast is ok. The hotel is run by a non professional couple trying to be "friendly".

Large rooms, friendly staffThis is a very interesting adress for those who are in search for an atypical hotel : very large rooms, plenty of space, very good restaurant, helpfull staff. View outside is marvellous and you can visit historical towns such as Belluno, Valdobbiadene and Conegliano. Interesting to go to Venice and to stay in the quiet.

Large, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent food and drinks.I've spent two days in this hotel on a business trip. The room was quite nice, large with a living room and bedroom. WiFi excellent all over the place. Restaurant very cozy with very tasty food only local specialties from small producers in the area. Don't miss San Daniele prosciutto and definitely the best prosecco and home made beer I've ever had! Owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience, I look forward to get back soon!

Off day?Firstly, I'm not sure what they mean by resort? As far as I could tell it's one building with hotel rooms and another with a restaurant? Staff certainly didn't tell me about any other facilities. Room was large and clean but bed was upstairs which is a pain. Some sockets didn't work and had trouble finding one to charge my phone. AC was on central control and the room was very hot so I didn't get much sleep. We ate elsewhere but fancied a drink at the bar afterwards. Sadly when we got back at 9pm the place was locked up. No sign of any staff anywhere!? Not sure what to do if you needed anything. So there is t really a bar as far as we could tell. Parking is very good and behind an automatic gate. There is a 1k track in the field opposite which I noticed many runners using.
