  Lamentable

  Nada mas llegar da la impresión de viejo y decadente...el chico que nos atendió no hizo ningún esfuerzo por entender....la habitación lamentable mas digna del siglo 18 que del 21...huele a suciedad...el servicio de habitaciones es un desastre y el baño asqueroso, en cualquier hostal mejor... .y para mas nos intentaron engañar con el precio de los taxis aumentándolo en casi 40 euros al precio real...el buffet justito justito. No merece la pena en relación calidad precio....pero bueno...para aquellos que digáis que es un hotel con encanto deciros que tendría su encanto en el 1800 pero que ahora de encanto ninguno....además...las playas son privadas y entrar te supone 30 euros por pareja...lamentable... La gente es arisca,irrespetuosa y desagradable. Como las playas de España ninguna.

  Found hotel to be very tired, hotel rooms were tired, doors and frames were filthy , i passed a tissue with just wTer on a door and the tissue was black. When we arrived we asked if we could be moved to a room with views to the sea, they agreed and we had to pay a difference. In this room, the television wa broken, sVe was broken, and air con did not work, so we reported it, we wanted out of the room. We were suppose. To stay for 3 nights in this hotel, what an experience we were having on our arrival. They were trying to sort it out, so we went for supper, after supper it was nearly midnight, we were told we could be moved to another room but just for 1 night, as they had some clidnts coming and they were going to that room, this, we didnt understand at all . My husband was shiwn about 6 rooms non of wich he felt comfrtable, i had already pCked my belongings bCk to my suitcase, they then decided to give my husband the key of the room which we were suppose to change the other day, but first had to talk to the dYtime concierge, the lady in the night shift m must hVe been in her late fifty,s was extremely rude to us, made us feel as if she didnt wNt to help us, having said this there was a young man by the name of Williamwho was extremely helpful and a gentlemen. The following day we were told there was no need for us to move and we could stayy there.

  Great location

  ....but service and facility management needs improvements. Much better to say welcome than do you have a reservation when guests arrive.... then the aircons did not work properly in any of our 2 rooms and the hose was leaking in one of the showers. They fixed it the same day we brought it up to their attention, still you expect to be able to adjust the temperature with the remote.....not just manually turn the AC on or off.. you could hear a lot between rooms and doors were slamming if you did not take real care...cleaning was so, so too. Breakfast was good and the restaurant area nice.

  Very nice base to travel around the Viareggio area

  Lovely Hotel! The atphosmere is nostalgic but very well taken care off. The guy at the reception is very friendly and willing to assist. Parking around the Hotel can be done in the blue area (payed) or around the corner for Free. The area of the hotel is ideal as the boulevard is only 20 mtr away with plenty of nice bars. The breakfast is simple but very nice. We ould definetly go back if we were going Viareggio again.

  Good place for couple of nights

  We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. There is definitely old time's charm but they could do small renovating such as paint the corridor walls and doors - this woulf be a really good facelift. Room was tidy and there was enough towels etc, ac was very effective. The biggest problem was that the room we were in was very small. With two luggages there was very little space left. Breakfast is good, although it was very weird that there were only plastic glasses for juice which is very bad for the environment and also made cheap feeling. This hotel is advertised with its passed days charm so details like this should be paid attention to.
