  Well where do I start , we have stayed here on numerous occasions and you cant beat the good old fashioned service and the great location , on our last visit one of our invited guests had a very dramatic episode which disturbed most of the guests .it was very unpleasant to say the least , the professionalism that was shown by Penny , Terry and there son Richard was unbelievable considering what happened , these things happen from time to time that you have no control over but the Marcel towers team handled it great , to the other guests that had to endure it we apologise and ask that you not hold these people responsible in anyway and try and refrain from any poor reviews or comments So as per usual on our stays here , location is sensational, facilities great and management exceptional and thank you again for welcoming us back in the future , I rated you before this stay and if they had six stars you would get them Cheers and hopefully see you soon Darren and Karen

  Love the vibe!

  This stay had such a nostalgic vibe. It took my husband and I back to our childhood holidays with our parents. Richard,you're such a top bloke! You create a warm,welcoming and laid-back feeling for your guests. The parrot is a great talking point! The location is amazing - rainforest on one side and the lagoon/ocean on the other. The apartment is spacious and clean. I love the older style and how you've maintained it so well. Thanks for an excellent stay.

  How good is this hotel the river is across the road very tidy friendly staff watersports gear to useand good food in walking distance if you don't to use the kitchen in your unit we will be coming back for sure

  We will be back for sure

  Where do I begin? We stayed at Marcel Towers in January 2021 for 3 nights. We wished we had made the stay longer. Staff were so friendly both in the communication with booking our stay and once we got there. Richard greeted us and explained everything we needed to know right down to the local attractions and where to eat. Very accomodating. Free use of a cot and highchair for the room, free use of kayaks, snorkelling equipment and beach toys, free use of the laundry facilities. Books, DVDs and childrens toys were readily available at no charge also. We kayaked over to the sand bar island one of the days we were there. Strongly recommend to do this. We were in apartment 7 and the view from our balcony was beautiful. Each night hundreds of fruit bats flew past as the sun was setting. Watching the many fish jumping in the water in the inlet from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was fully decked out with everything we needed down to kids cutlery, plates and bowls. There was even an electric hand mixer if baking a cake took your fancy. Salt and pepper and coffee and tea facilities plus fresh milk in the fridge. Toiletries were provided also. The whole place was very clean and very comfortable. Even spotless in places you wouldnt expect like the oven. Ample space for the 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children). Beds were very comfortable. Do read the Marcel Towers book which is in the apartment, very interesting. In summary, highly recommended, we will be back for sure.

  Lovely Get Away

  We had a lovely four days stay at Marcel Towers, our apartment was was on the first floor over looking the river. We we made to feel very welcome. We found it very comfortable and so did our Puppy Dog. We have no hesitation in recommending Marcel Towers
