  Marasa Sarovar Hotel

  I was on a pilgrim tour to Tirumala for Lord Perumal darshan and blessings. Stayef at Marasa Sarovar. My favourite comfortable hotel. My comments section-wise: Miss. AAKANSHA Woking at front desk was outstanding. She offerd me a nice comfortable room. Assited and gave full support and made my stay happy. A special thanks for her assistance and hospitality. Good job done by her. Mahesh was lending a good support to me. Nita, Aisha, Poojitha and Pannu, cleaning team did their part with great efforts and appreciate them. Thanks Team. Their supervisor Pooja was supportive and nice chat with her. Riya, Aditya, Chimnay, Venkat, Kourab and Babulu, a dining hall team did the their good serving assistance for me. Served me with smiling face. Prepared delicious dosai and tea. Good team. Nice chatting with this team. Overall I express my sincere thanks to all the teams for making my stay comfortable and nice hospitality. Will re-visit and stay in this hotel.

  Group Trip to the Temple

  Stayed here for one night to visit the Temple on a group trip. Rooms very very well thought out. Mini refrigerator was a decent size. Restaurant was accommodating. They even packed me a sandwich for my drive to Chennai. They did a great job managing our luggage. It's a really pretty hotel that you wouldn't expect in such a remote location.

  Great property, but they need to work on hospitality

  Very nicely constructed property, with great rooms and facilities. Location might be a little difficult to find, but the mountain views from the rooms is amazing and unique. However, despite the 5 star experience, smaller details take away the experience, such as: 1. The checkin time at the portal I booked from was 12 noon. When arriving at the property, they said it's 2 pm and simply refused to budge despite showing them on booking voucher that we were communicated 12 noon. They did not seem to make any effort to make up for the mix-up. They gave us the room at 2 pm only. They said it was the portal's problem, and not theirs for the mix up. 2. At the time of check-in, the staff insisted that they need to block some amount on my credit card for ongoing expenses. Just minutes later, when we went for lunch, the restaurant staff -very rudely- insisted that we *need* to pay upfront and the holding amount is not valid (it was). At this moment, my whole experience was ruined. 3. Even for something as simple as a bottle of water, the room service staff insisted on upfront payment. Like they can't trust their guests or what? 4. During checkout, the front desk staff was not friendly. When I communicated my concern with the need for upfront payments, they simply told that the full blocked amount will be refunded. What was the whole point of it if I had to pay even for a single bottle of water during my stay? There were some good portions as well, for example, the restaurant staff mixed up our order and although we were fine with it, they went out of their way to make up for it and gave us a free dish. However, their inexperience with handling check-in, payments and check-out was disappointing.

  Excellent service topclass Vishal Rawat

  I received the most amazing service here....from Vishal rawat. even when we were late for our lunch.....when the restaurant was shut...he made excellent food available to us. Excellent excellent outstanding

  Excellent stay

  Had a good gala time staying. Lobby staff were very courteous specially Akanksha and Ruchika so friendly to handle our kids with care Both are extremely hospitable and always wished us with smile . Would have been more nice to have aplay area for kids overall verynice stay.
