  Good service, good view

  The receptionist was courteous and helpful during check in, even when we went 30mins before standard check in time. The room provides tatami beds and a pretty good view of the left side of lake toya. Surprisingly, there was no electric kettle provided but the staff was helpful to provide us hot water flask every time we asked for it. There are 2 public baths provided in the hotel, with specific timing catered for different genders. Both bathhouses are terrific. No hassle during check out. Overall, a pretty nice place to stay in for this price.

  Great lake views, breakfast buffet

  Convenient bus ride from Sapporo Station. Love being able to open windows at night and not be noisy to let in nice cool fresh air. Public baths are both great, the one upstairs seems newer than the one in lower floor. There is a shampoo bar in addition to the bottles at each shower stall. Breakfast buffet is like Disneyland, tons of options. Three fireworks displays each night (the boats move locations so everyone can enjoy the show). Nice little overnight to explore areas closeby.

  Worth a Visit

  Nice, refurbished classic hotel. Efficient, responsive staff. Thermal baths. Outstanding breakfast and dinner buffets. Nice room, but small bathroom. Nice view of Lake Toya. Steps from a full-service 7-11 with ATM.

  Great place to stay.

  Loved the view around the hotel. The buffets were excellent with a wide variety of foods. Rooms were cozy and clean with all amenities. They even have a plastic bathroom. I would like to stay there again.

  Good stay

  Nice hotel with good and convenient location (right opposite bus stop). Good arrangement and nice and cozy room. Staff speak limited English but is helpful to provide guidance. However, hotel is quite commercially oriented as they asked for storage charges for bags after check out even for a few hrs which we found very strange. Onsen was good and they have a small outdoor extension for sulphur spring.
