  Large Family Gathering

  What a treat to spend time around Norfolk and have such wonderful Hosts and Accomodations. I cant say enough about the atmosphere in this Inn. It was cozy and welcoming. They made us feel at home and were very attentive to our needs. Our very large family needed a place where all of us could meet and enjoy time together. It was perfect. The Breakfasts were also amazing from the Blueberry Panckes, Frittata to the Orange French Toast and Bacon with fresh fruit! You wont go wrong here!

  Wonderful place!

  My husband and I just returned from a two-night getaway, and we are already planning our return visit. Kristen and Adam are the nicest hosts, the inn is lovely, inviting and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Delicious breakfasts, lovely and peaceful grounds, and close to lots of things we like to do - hiking, biking (we used the inn's bikes), wineries and breweries (check first, because schedules are erratic with covid-openings). We only with the Infinity Theater was open but hopefully, next time!

  Wonderful anniversary weekend

  The Victorian suite is a gem. The king size bed is so comfortable. The bed has 6 Big comfy pillows. The owners are super friendly and knowledgeable of their community, as well as the surrounding area, which was very helpful to us. We stopped at 3 wineries and had sandwiches from the country store. Delicious breakfast! No TV Portable AC WiFi worked perfectly Lots of Chairs to sit and relax Super quite area Very safe neighborhood Fresh farm produce and products from neighboring towns Wine country trail

  This is the most authentically historic inn we have stayed at. Stained glass windows and glazed English tiles on the dining room fireplace. We stayed in the Spofford, big four poster bed, leather chairs, and our own deck - well worth the upgrade to have our own outdoor space. We ate dinner by candlelight both nights! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had THE fluffiest towels ever. Breakfast was delicious both days and the owners were very nice. Due to to COVID we weren't able to interact with the owners and other guests as we normally would, but we appreciate all the precautions taken. The pictures online don't really do it justice, it's even prettier in person. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

  Perfect anniversary weekend

  We loved our anniversary weekend at Manor House Inn! We stayed in the Victorian Suite which was a perfect romantic getaway with its large jacuzzi tub and comfortable king bed. Adam was an excellent host, and the breakfasts were delicious. We felt very safe during our first overnight stay in the covid-era. We hope to return!
