  Terrible hotel

  Room is very dirty, no one at front desk when I need help. Horrible internet and noise. I paid $106 Dallas a night. No body clean the room. The pictures on the internet is totally different. Its For sure I am not going stay here again. It is the worse place I have been stay

  No air, old & gross

  Awful hotel. After sitting all day in 90 degree heat at a softball tourney it would be expected that air conditioning would be blasting throughout the hotel but instead we have fans blowing all over in our room. How this hotel even has 3 stars is beyond me. I could go on and on but I think this picture pretty much sums up how gross it is. This is the chair in our room. Im so disgusted and grossed out. Owners should be ashamed of this place.

  Poor customer service

  Poor customer service. We had a group come in and they had drained the hot tub and closed the pool and never notified our group. They had adjoining rooms, but would not allow us to confirm. Our room was decent, but not what we asked for. Overall not a good experience, would book next door at the Hilton next time.

  Steer clear of this place!

  I have stayed at Mankato City Center many times, and each time it gets worse. No value for the price we paid ($120). When we arrived we learned they had shut their pool and hot tub down, and no breakfast - these changes were not listed on their website nor included in the booking information. When police arrived in the middle of the night for a domestic fight next door, management did nothing to monitor the situation. We had absolutely no sleep and had to check out at 7:30 the next morning (*the couple next door was still going at it!) to go and search for a new hotel. Management did not return my request for a call. 4 days later I reached her at the front desk (by phone) and she was incredibly rude and complained she was "woken up in the middle of the night" on Friday when the front desk staff had to call her and let her know law enforcement was there. Completely unsafe as well... not one single staff person was wearing a mask or practicing safe distancing. Sketchy parking too. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

  Just dont

  If youre thinking of booking here, just dont. Honestly, just dont. This is by far the dirtiest hotel Ive ever stayed in. Toilet was dirty, hair in the bed and on the pillows, a can of whipped cream and beers in the mini-fridge from prior guests, phone was filthy, windows were grimy, none of the staff were wearing masks, the list goes on. I cant stress enough, DO NOT STAY HERE.
