  Comfortable and modern, I have been flawlessly attended

  I was in the Philippines like a week ago for a business trip and the company recommended this place. I didn't expect anything else than a place to pass the night and the time while I wasn't working. The attention they gave me was particularly good, the receptionist, miss Roma was very kind and her bellboys carefully carried my bags right to the room. I must say that I'm impressed. The place was really relaxing and seems like the room was cleaned very well, everything was in order, I loved the ambiance their room had. Can't wait to visit the Philippines again, as a tourist I will stay here again

  Cute, Cozy, and Incredible Customer Service!!

  This boutique hotel is perfectly situated in Cebu city, and proved to be the greatest little find for us. Our room was cozy and clean, a great deal for its location, and we couldnt get over how accommodating the staff were. I have mobility issues, and the bellhops were so prompt with their service without having to ask; it bordered on downright chivalry! This was my first time in the Philippines, and the folks at White Knight certainly made us want to return.

  Great

  The room was quite clean and the rooms were not too small. I am really bad at the review writing but I thought it deserved a shout out on how much I enjoyed my time here. I loved the location, as its in the city centre, so it was easy to get to places with google map, and the locals were quite helpful as well.

  Worst management

  Negative 0 for this hotel. We booked via Agoda, our confirmation was sent by Agoda when we got there we were not accommodated because they don't have the email from Agoda when I'm. Showing them already my confirmation number and email. Did. Not even do anything to solve the problem but instead asked us to. Call Agoda hello. Long distance... Not recommended at all looked like trash so decided to look for other place on the spot. This is not to mention we have a toddle with us who came from a trip since 5am so unconsiderate.

  Soft Landing

  We love Cebu City as a jumping off point for ou r favorite destinations in the Philipines, so the White Knight Hotel Cebu is great for when we fly in and when we leave. (We had already stayed at the White Knight in Manila and they gave us a card to try their hotel in Cebu City.) Theyre surprisingly affordable, they have a free airport shuttle, and they are right in the middle of everything. Its clean and comfortable, and they have a pool. Its not really a huge pool, but after we get to the hotel and get settled in, its really nice to grab a cold drink and go hang out and cool off. And the staff is adorable, hi Emily!.
