  Loved our stay

  Loved our apartment, very roomy, comfortable. Would definately stay again. Close to beach, lovely pool & spa. Close to everything. Staff very friendly. Private courtyard, free wifi. 1 bunk bed, 1 single with a trundle bed & a queen size bed. Queen very comfortable.

  Great for Our Big Family Gathering

  This family resort suited our needs perfectly. We were a family of 15 Adults and 3 kids so required 6 villas between us. We enjoyed the pool, spa and bbq areas and the short walk to the beach. The villas, surrounded by well kept gardens were all similar, a little tired but clean and serviceable for our needs with a decent price. We will be going back next year for another stay. Thanks Anne for your help with booking us all together and sorting out the bbq that required some maintenance.

  Rooms need maintenance

  Facilities for the kids were fabulous as was the free bbq and daily newspaper but unit #62 was disappointing. Bathroom and bedroom doors have clunky knobs which wake everyone up when turned and doors squeak. One bedroom door was impossible to close as the bunk bed frame was too wide and in the way. Outside security lights shine into the rooms leaving them rather bright for sleep (blockout blinds needed or change location of lights). The shower door handle was missing. Both bedrooms dusty. One bedroom with bunks had base sheet put on only and I had to finish making the beds! No oven trays available making it impossible to cook the frozen chips I had bought. What is the point of an oven if you cant use it? I would only stay here again if I could be assured all these issues are rectified.

  Disappointing. Run down. Rooms need maintenance

  I booked this accommodation as a weekend getaway. I was looking forward to my spa room, lounging by the pool and avoiding general life. This property was disappointing. The customer service was poor, almost non-existent to be honest. The grounds were tidy but run down. My villa needed maintenance on more than a few levels. Really not the weekend I wanted or deserved.

  Fantastic Family Getaway

  This is our second visit and its perfect for families. We stay under an AIR BNB but we love the pool area including spa. Tennis and basketball available as also a playground and BBQ facilities. Only a few minutes from the beach and a short still to Dolphin Quay and the foreshore. The place is not 5 star but its everything we expected and hoped for.
