  Bien situado pero mal servicio

  Estuvimos tres noches en este hotel. El hotel es algo viejo y bastante descuidado. Los empleados que preparaban la piscina , empezaban a las 7 de la mañana con bastante ruido, conversaciones y risas en un tono de voz nada recatado que entendíamos todos los que estábamos alojados en las habitaciones que daban a la piscina. No pudimos hacer uso de Internet, porque según el empleado que nos atendió en recepción, faltaba el mousse (ratón), cosa que efectivamente pudimos comprobar. Pero lo más extraño es que estuvimos así los tres días que duró nuestra estancia, con el mismo argumento de que no tenían ratón (debía de ser muy caro).En fin, nos pareció que nos estaban tomando el pelo.

  Never ever going back.

  We were supposed to stay 2 nights but could not stand it so moved to another hotel on the next morning. The reasons are: 1. The hotel is old and yet poorly maintained. The room has a smell of mold. The carpet was extremely old and shabby. The shower head was broken. 2. The room equipment was poor. They did not even have a hair dryer in the room. 3. Not reliable hot water supply. We had hot water for only a few minutes in the shower and then the water got cold. 4. We requested a different room due to the above reasons. We were told that it would take only 15 min to get the room ready but it actually took them more than half an hour. It was already 10:30pm by the time and our children were extremely tired... We will never go back to stay here.

  Tired, dirty and dank. Desk staff is rude and unhelpful. Rooms are dirty with foul smelling carpeting. Our company paid, thank goodness. We refused to stay a second night. Don't spend even one night here.

  Good Place with Reasonable price but poor amenities

  I had spent 2 nights (29th-30th Dec and 31st Dec-1st Jan 2019) for New Year 2019 with my family and friends family. Actually, I booked the hotel due to the location with reasonable price. Room are big and location is best for New Year Countdown in Mandalay. But before you book this hotel, you need to accept the following: 1. The hotel is a bit old without proper renovation. 2. Shower tap are not working properly (may be some rooms might have worked) 3. The water heater heater is not working (During December onwards, the temperature in Mandalay is around 15-20 degree celcius) 4. Breakfast is just the mediocre. (you can go to the nearest restaurant to have breakfast, you can go to GENERATION just across the road or Shwe Pyi Moe just around the corner of Hilton which is just beside of this Hotel. 5. If you get the room in the ground floor close to the kitchen, you will hear shouting of staffs in that kitchen or cleaners in early morning. These are the experiences i got during my stay. So if you can accept these facts, you should choose this hotel due to very good location.

  Completley subjective, objectively true

  This a place in need of a major infusion of funds. Otherwise, the owner is happy providing a shabby everything for a low rate. The water is iften brown. The pool is rented out to local swim coaches so kids and.peeing and noise and ear infection. The beakfast mediocre. The weight room is sad. On the hand, its Myanmar so the undetpaid staff is friendly, helpful attentive. The morning wait staff are great. Housekeeping wonderful. SO, if you dont mind substandard toilets, old dingy carpets, peeling paint and hideosly old furnings, this discount next to the Hilton, is tolerable. Too bad, the mgmt/owner could care less about the barely 2 star rating it truly deserves
