  Comfortable Stay

  This hotel was centrally located very good property. Nicely decorated and well maintained.Rooms were specious and having all the required amenities.Hotel staffs were well trained and provided satisfactory hospitality. Overall comfortable stay.

  Good Hotel.. Dont know if there are any better places than this but overall nice stay.

  Good location, decent hotel, spacious rooms

  Visited this place multiple times for its location , as it is nearest decent hotel to Hallet Hospital . Rooms are really spacious . But service of staff is ok ok . I have visited the hotel 3 times in past 3 months , and every time the room service is not satisfactory . The room amenities like AC and TV are not functionally properly at times . Overall ,it is comfortable for a single day stay

  Not a good hotel at the price the charge

  I was in the hotel on 19th booked online as I was unknown to the place and quality of hotels. Booked under the impression that it belongs to hotel chain - Kukrejas. The location, amenities, linens, bathrooms, complementary break-fast etc all are of average quality. Free Wifi, but if failed, when it would be restored, is not for sure. It took almost 8 hours after reporting to restore during my visit. The staff and Manager are cordial and cooperative, but it is not worth opting at the price they charge. I recommend to avoid, rest is individual's choice.

  Nightmare!!!

  Firstly, the hotel shown in the google listing is not the one when you will reach this place. I called up the number given with on google listing and confirmed 2 rooms for 1 night stay. The person on other end confirmed the price and I reached the place after 5 kms drive. On reaching the place, the front office guy (very cold and rude) told us that we spoke to some other Mandakini property which is 5 kms away from this one and the rates of this property are higher than that one (As expected). Since it was late around 9 PM and I was with family, I had no option but to pay higher tariff. Now the room was filthy. Hair on floor, broken switchboard, dirty sofa, dirty linen and bed sheets (Pics attached). At around 2-3 AM, we hear people howling in the lobby and TV playing songs at very high volume which was kind of really scary. Now during checkout I asked for an invoice of payment I had made. The front office guy told me that I have to pay taxes over and above what I had paid during check in to get the invoice. Yes! He said that! Total cheater and trickster. For my stay at Mandakini for about 9 hrs (9PM - 6AM), it was my worst possible hotel stay. Havent had any positive incident the entire time.
