  Close to Malpensa Airport, basic accommodations

  The outstanding experience at this motel was interaction with the manager who informed us on a Monday evening that there were no restaurants available within walking distance. Evidentally most restaurants close on Monday. Anyway, he called a restaurant not one mile down the road and they were open, so he gave us directions and we went there to eat. Had a very enjoyable meal surrounded by locals....most of whom could not speak English. The accommodations at the motel were basic, clean, small shower, very quiet, average mattress and linens. This is not luxury, but if you need a place to stay before or after a flight, and are in a bind, it will do. The staff more than makes up for any deficiencies in the accommodations.

  Room has lots of insects.

  If you like winged insects this is your place. As Im terrified of them I had a most wonderful evening of not sleeping. As every time I thought the coast was clear another one got in somehow in-spite of the window being closed. The rooms are clean, and appear to be recently refurbished but for a 4* hotel to have a room full of bugs is very disappointing.

  Good option before/after a flight

  We landed in Malpensa airport at 1AM so needed a hotel close by to stay overnight. This was a good choice. Room was relatively large and comfortable, breakfast was decent, and the staff did not go out of their way but were ok. At night we had to wait for the shuttle to the hotel for 20 minutes (despite being told on the phone that it would take a few minutes, and the free shuttle in the morning back to the airport (it is only free during some hours) only runs every hour so it wasnt too convenient for us. The price however was decent so it was a good stay for the price paid.

  Worst customer service on our euro trip....

  I am still in awe by the level of customer service we received at this place. Weve stayed at over 10 hotels since traveling and this was by far the worst experience weve had. Frustration began when we arrived at the airport. I called the hotel to request the hotel shuttle which is actually run by a 3rd party parking lot shuttle! Seriously laughable. I assumed the shuttle would pick us up at the arrivals like a Normal shuttle would. I listened to the man tell me specific instructions on where to meet, but apparently I missed the part that I needed to meet st departures for pick up!? So we had walked to arrivals only to have to turn around and walk back to departures, what on earth. The man was quick and rude with us on the phone, just terrible. We finally arrived the the hotel at nearly 11pm, the bed was fine, room outdated but we managed ok. Then came the following morning. The shuttle to the airport is *supposed* to run every half hour but we were told it only ran every hour, so we signed up for the 8am shuttle. 7:40am arrived and the phone was ringing in the room??? A woman told us we needed to hurry because the shuttle was there and waiting. We figured we had 20 minutes left as we were told, so headed to grab some coffee and breakfast before heading to the shuttle. The same woman angrily ran to the breakfast room and told us to hurry up because they were waiting for us!! She was rude and angry, but we were told wed be leaving at 8am, so we sat and enjoyed our coffee another couple minutes while she angrily rushed to the back of the kitchen area where I could hear dishes clacking!!! At 7:55 or so we decided we should probably just get the van. We made sure to let he know that this was not right or ok, but she still resisted....What on earth, I cannot believe this place. Ive traveled worldwide and this by far has been the worst customer service Ive experienced. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel all together, I promise you that youd be happier paying an extra 50 bucks to not be treated like cattle . I wish I had written down the womans name but at that point I was too frustrated to remember...

  Excelente atencion y ubicacion ya que tiene transporte desde y hacia la Terminal del Aeropuerto y conjuntamente la terminal del tren a Milan Desayuno completo y de buena calidad y habitaciones comodas
