  Never again

  Lets start the Hotel was nice 30%of staff was nice the rest were rude unhelpful and being english seemed to be a problem .the food was nice and the pool area was ok . When the boss/owner was Not about some staff done has they pleased and didnt give a s**t and seemed to make up the rules has they go. and I would be just stared at Ive traveled different place over the world and have never been treated the Way i have here .I traveled with two others who feel the same way just couldnt wait to get out of the place would never come back . all the people want to do is try and rip you off from taxi drivers to bar staff trying there best to get money out of you and was turned away from a night club for being english .ive got to say hand on heart the worst holiday Ive ever been on . But have to say the pool staff worked hard and were very nice and also sherra in reception was amazing helpful 5 star young lady

  Bad quality for high price

  Wanted to spend two weeks at sea, but they refused, because some groups were expected, but eventually they did not show up. Besides not having understood our need for several days, they have taken us out of the hotel without the possibility of late check out. The child was supposed to sleep at 12. But he could not.so the child cried all the road. Back home. The boys at the pool are disrespectful. They literally dont care. A staff who had a manager attitude at the pool was everywhere to warn us all the time which made the stay unpleasant. There was a deep hole under the children's trampoline, which was a danger to all the children there. Care for customer 0. Rather, developed to keep customer morale. The entrance to the room was with a key hung by a large ingot and heavy iron, which did not belong to a hotel that wants to be 4 stars. In the salon (women) bath that serves both the beach and the restaurant was a screw in front of the wc. I did not understand why? I stepped on it and Hurt myself. see picture with the screw The balcony doors do not have a handle outside. I could not really go out and sit on the terrace with closed balcony. The hotel is in front of the lake's discharge into the sea. So the sea is extremely dirty in that area. The polluted area of algae and waste, plus the Tabacariei lake evacuation of city waste water into the sea. Right there. The only good thing about this hotel is food. Other dangers at every step for the child and a staff oriented towards the lack of respect. Let the visible impression that they want to make money in a very short time. I worked in customer relations, although I had the low salary, I treat my clients with respect and attention. I did not receive a feedback form when I left. Our family goes there a lot. Back in May we received a feedback form. In June when we returned, and Visibly complained at the reception about the lack of cooperation, I did not receive the form anymore. Fear of complaints from the staff? There is a lot of detail and senseless behavior from the hotel. I work in IT. I rarely happen to give a negative review where I choose to go. But in this hotel I really did not feel on vacation. I did not feel relaxed or safe.

  Great!

  The location is beautiful, right on the beach. Very clean rooms, friendly staff and amazing, delicious food! Will deffinitley come back! Unfortunately, the sea water is dirty, full of algae, but surely, it.s not the hotel.s fault.

  Horrible

  The staff is very poorly trained and I speak to you with superiority! The music by the pool is very boring. Teenagers who are employed here over the summer are very insensitive. I will not come to this hotel again because of the staff!

  Decent

  We stayed here for two nights, we had a pleasant experience. Clean rooms, nice staff, the breakfast was OK, they brought it in our room, because of covid. Amazing view, because the hotel is located right by the beach.
