  Overall really good but needs some basic things to improve

  Very nice hotel, cosy rooms, amazing pool, decent breakfast bar. The rules at the pool should be more strict though as the diving was supposed to be forbiden but still happening. Also, I woke up at 8am because of the noise of the cleaning ladies, doors slamming and loud chattering outside my room door, regardless my "do not disturb" tag. Filter coffee at breakfast was cold but there is an espresso machine as well. Overall a good experience but not ideal for relaxation, in my opinion.

  Very satisfying

  Stayed over a weekend due to a trip with work colleagues.very taken care of, stayed over at the private houses by the beach.lovely staff,clean establishment,food buffet variety,I couldn't tell the bad reviews how originated. If I had to pay for myself and stay with my family I probably would save money to book a holiday, maybe not a long one,but I would.

  Lots more than you expect. A perfect hotel - resort

  This hotel is one of the rare cases that deserve the absolute highest rating without any hesitation. If the scale is 0 to 100 I give 100. If the scale is 0-1000 I give 1000. I tried hard to find a reason NOT to give the 1000 rating but I was not able to find anything. This resort has implemented everything you expect and the extra many you do not expect to keep you happy and well satisfied for your stay and the value of your money. If I try to refer to any specific part of my stay (e.g. cleanness, food quality e.t.c) I think I will not be fair to the resort because the whole experience was absolutely perfect. I only want to make a special comment about the resort's greatest asset. It's stuff. Great professionals and friendly people who know very well their jobs and additionally they do lot more than you expect from them in order to make you stay enjoyable as much as it can be. I call these people friends from now on and I will fit in my year routine several weekends to this fine place. Recommended and considered the best hotel I have ever visited.

  Pure finesse

  First impression of the Amaronda Resort and Spa is of a fine hotel, amidst well-manicured grounds, plenty of parking space to keep your car in the shadow and a welcoming front desk and lobby area. We had booked two rooms, a Comfort Double room in the main building overlooking the pool and a Superior Bangalow with a terrace in front of a garden area. Both were beautifully decorated with fine furniture, good quality linen and very comfortable beds. Everything looked neat and clean. The first offered views to the pool, gardens and the sea while the second was quiet with an airy feeling. Although the double room was on the small side it didn't feel cramped although the bathroom and closet could have been a bit more spacious. The Bangalow was definitely spacious enough for two but could easily accommodate a small family. We particularly enjoyed the pool, a good size with luxurious loungers and chez longs, placed in the sunniest part of the gardens, serviced by the main bar with the only drawback that it closes at 7 pm which is a bit too early for mid-summer. On the other side although the beach seemed very welcoming the water was not too my taste, waters refreshing but not really clear. Restaurants and bars offered a good variety of food, not a very long menu but everything we tried was well made and reasonably priced, at least for hotel standards. The main restaurant had a very good choice of dishes in the buffet both during breakfast and dinner and the kitchen personnel would be happy to provide a refill whenever you asked. We especially enjoyed the deserts, all fresh and excellently prepared. You could also order beverages, wine and coffee at extra charge although those provided were not bad with an exception of the coffee served in the morning which was of a ready-made type, not always good. Another thing that would make a difference would be fans in the outside area of the restaurant to keep things cool in the hot summer days. I would definitely need to mention service, everyone was pleasant and quick to help. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
