  Dirty Hotel Room and Staffs were not responsive

  First time stayed at this hotel because of the interest by the outside decoration depicting Toraja cultural custom. But unfortunately, this beauty is not supported by cleanliness in the rooms, bed sheets many stains and hairs because it was not replaced, ceiling brown mark because of leaky, bathroom super dirty where the toilet is still dirt and hairs, towels a lot of stains and torn along the edges. Staffs were less responsive and blame each other on different shifts and less responsible for solving a problem. Breakfast menu is average and limited. Very disappointing and uncomfortable.

  Poorly Maintained Old Hotel, Perfect Location

  We stayed for 1 night in a seaview room after a few days trip to Selayar and Takabonerate. After staying in some remote places, we expected to have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Unfortunately, the experience we had, told otherwise. You can see that the hotel could be very famous and majestic years ago. But compared to other new hotels in the same area, it fails to keep the competition running because it was poorly maintained. The interior in the lobby looks old, the same as the furniture in our room. The towels they provided were worn out. The bathroom faucet was problematic. The shower curtain was dirty. And the sofa pillows smelled bad. Breakfast was not satisfactory. They provided only ala carte breakfast with fried rice and porridge as the options, served with fruits and bread. It took about 30-45 minutes before our food arrived. The staff were very kind tho. They were friendly and polite. The hotel is also located in an area where you can walk around to look for some hawker food. So, it's another plus point. However, with the price we got, it felt like we could have stayed in a better hotel.

  Nice hotel and great view

  This hôtel have a great location coz in front of Losari beach. We stay at cottage room and so amazing to see sunset from our room. Just behind our cottage, the beautiful pool. Service ok, the staff are friendly especially the owner that was very kind. Highly recommended hotel!

  Don't Eat Here

  This review is only for the on-site restaurant. The meal we ate here is amongst the worst we have ever had in Indonesia. And what's worse, it was terrible value. The nasi goreng we ordered was dry and stale. The sate that came with it was even worse. There are also stray cats begging for food in the restaurant. The place is also very rundown with peeling paint and broken floor tiles everywhere. If you somehow have no choice but to stay in this terrible place, don't make it worse by eating here.

  Old and worn out property

  Stayed here for a business trip with a large group of 50+ people. The overall experience was unpleasant. Bathrooms fixtures were old, rusty, and even broken in some rooms. Amenities were very minimum and towels also not in good condition. Breakfast was poor and not fresh. Mosquitoes in the meeting room. There were certainly more better options than this hotel if you wish to stay in Losari area.
