GoodLocation is peaceful, friendly staff, nice breakfast, pet-friendly, enough space for car parking. If you want to spend quite, relaxing time it is a nice place. For the lunch and the dinner there are some good places around by walking 15-20 minutes away

Right at the beachThe place is right at the beach, just few stairs and you are at the sand. It has great view, it's clean and the breakfast was great. If you don't like the beach at the property, there is a beach bar and a lot cleaner and sandy beach 1km (10-15min walking) from it. It has parking and barbecue.

Decent but far from what we expectedWe hoped for a decent beach villa with direct access to the water, decent breakfast, sunbeds, AC, and quiet. We got direct access to a 2 meters long stone strip called beach. There is tons of stones in the water, lots of sea urchins, but also some marine live if you want to do some snorkeling and are to lazy to travel 10 minutes. There are sunbeds but no beach to put them onto. There are 6 or 7 pipes to put a small umbrella. We got decent breakfast. Actually the same EXACT food for 10 days. (Bred, olives, omlet, hard boiled eggs, some sausages even the cat did not eat, sliced cheese, butter, honey, jam) it was bizarre to shop for tomatoes and ham to eat at a already paid meal. But to be honest, the bread was great and also the olives. The rooms are with a Seaview and AC. they also have the smallest bathroom ever, and poor quality plumbing. And we got quiet. The staff is very friendly, always smiling. We looked for a villa on the beach because we did not wanted to travel with kids toys to distant beaches. Sadly this is exactly what we ended up doing.

Not what we expectedWe were given some ground rooms in old building so there was not view to the sea. The rooms were small, dark. The mattress was not comfortable and noisy. You could hear the neighbors snoring, sneezing, coughing. You cant catch WiFi in those rooms at all. The bathroom was a disaster- small, old shower, not very clean with problematic plumbing (water and foam were coming from the floor sink)... disgusting. There are no protective nets against mosquitoes and there is a big gap between the door of the room and the floor from where bugs and bats could come inside (Im covered in mosquito bites). To fill the gap during the nights I used a towel. The breakfast was poor and all the same every single day (bread, olives, butter, jam, honey, milk, oats, eggs, cheese, some cakes) with no single fruit or vegetable. We parked outside on the street (the parking was full and small). Staff was... nice I could probably say. The only thing that I liked was the view from the breakfast tables and that there is a small beach in front of the building. However we drove 16 km one way daily to another better beach (Agios mamas).

Amazing vacationsThe location is perfect, there are many places to go around to eat and to different beautiful beaches, the best recommendations by the owners of the hotel. It has an amazing view of the sea from the room. The ambient is calm and the service is beyond excellent.
