  Lovely hotel in a wonderful setting

  An unassuming, low building on the edge of the beautiful village of Antey St Andre, houses this gem of an hotel. Welcoming, comfortable and appealing, this is a perfect place to enjoy this magical region. Visiting in the summer we were delighted by the quietness and peace as we wandered along the paths and roads nearby. Looking forward to returning before long.

  Superb family-run hotel!

  We were recommended Maison Tissiere by friends - word of mouth is usually right and this was no exception. Our room was superb with a lovely terrace opening up to the gardens and a spectacular view, the service was exceptional, the food was high quality local produce and they treated our 1 year old extremely well. I highly recommended this family-run hotel!

  Natural, solar-powered jewel in the Italian Alps

  My wife and I are always on the lookout for green guesthouses. Maison Tissiere is the outcome of years of dedicated renovation by its architect owner of an old farmhouse dating back to the 18th century. Special care was taken to maintain its old features, blending into its countryside natural surroundings and spectacular mountain views. Two old farm buildings were joined - following local conservation requirements - into a building with 14 rooms, wonderful restaurant and indoor pool with small wellness centre. Much of its electricity and pool heating is driven by solar power, with solar panels on the roof tops and above the pool area. The rooms are decorated in a natural, minimalist modern fashion with natural wood that makes you feel at home. The soaps provided have an olive oil base are - not bio-certified though bio ones are available locally at higher price (the owner is investigating). Bio certified cleaning products are used in the kitchen areas. The restaurant does not serve certified organic food, but most of its supplies are quality locally produced by small-scale farmers. Wonderful Italian food & wine with special attention to local cuisine from the valley awaits you. Very helpful staff including beautifully decorated reception area with small bar and couches for lazy reading. Small addition I'd ask is kettles with mugs & tea / coffee in each room - especially for winter when people come skiing in the area.

  Nice place, outstanding focus on the client

  Me and my 10 years old son were in Aosta Valley to close the winter ski season in Breuil-Cervinia and we found Maison Tissiere thanks to Booking.com. Only an evening and night in this nice place but really impressed about the care of the host. Rooms are cozy and clean with a nice view over mountains. Very good the dinner we had in the restaurant of the hotel, with typical local dishes. The morning after we had a very good breakfast and then we went skiing, but when we asked if we could keep our baggage at the hotel, the host offered to maintain (without any charge) all stuff in the room so we had the possibility to change our dresses and to refresh ourselves after ski, before to start the trip back to home. Ill return there for sure.

  Un hotel con encanto

  Hemos estado por primera vez esquiando en Breuil-Cervinia y nos hemos alojado en Maison Tissiere, un hotel con encanto. El hotel está a 30 minutos de las pistas en coche. Recomendamos el hotel por la simpatía, la disposición y amabilidad de todo su personal, tanto de los camareros como de los dueños. El hotel está decorado con mucho gusto, tiene detalles bonitos. Y está en una localidad tranquila. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y están muy limpias. Las cenas son copiosas, 3 platos y postre. Si vienes al hotel acuérdate de traer bañador y chanclas para la parte del spa.
