  Nice hotel in good location

  Stayed here for a four-night stay in June and found it to be in a good location for exploring the island. The room was quiet, clean and and very spacious with a large shower in the bathroom. There is no air conditioning so opening windows is the only option in hot weather.Wifi is free and good. Breakfast was good with a big variety of things to choose from. The first course is buffet style and the staff then take orders for cooked to order hot food. Delicious. There is a room with tables and chairs and a microwave where you can take in your own food. There is also a comfortable sitting room. There is only limited parking at the front of the hotel, although there is free car parking nearby. Gorey itself is only a short 15 minute walk away and has lots of good restaurants. The hotel is close to the bus stop to go into St Helier and the service is very good and cheap.

  Good hotel located in a quiet corner.

  Apart from the sea gulls in the morning, the hotel was very quiet. Staff very friendly. Excellent breakfast. Hotel is just a short walk away from Gorey bay, where most of the night life is found. No out door seating or bar. Poor WIFI.

  Great location, only a short walk to harbour. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection good. A bar would have been nice for a nightcap after a walk back from the harbour.

  Excellent stay.2nd year of staying here for air show.Breakfast excellent ,good choice fabulous croissants .. Staff friendly and helpful .Room clean Fresh Towels when required ,Bedding change during week.lovely white bedding.

  Ten day Holiday in Jersey

  This is a very nice hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel service, and quality of the food are of a very good standard. The only disappointment we had was that the hotel didn't have a lift and the parking was limited. The hotel only has seven spaces available, one of which seemed to be permanently occupied with a hotel staff vehicle. More importantly, as I am disabled, they do not have any parking designated for the disabled and as result I felt that this was not acceptable when disability should be catered for in this day and age on a pro rata basis. We rarely got to park at the hotel as a result. The nearest free parking is a minimum of four hundred yards away at the beach. An easy walk for the fit and able but not for the disabled. I don't know how Jersey applies the disability laws but I feel this hotel should be a bit more sympathetic to having at least one or two designated disabled parking bays. Whilst we found everything else to our satisfaction at the hotel, we wouldn't consider it again for future holidays because of the disabled parking issue. I think this is something the hotel should specify in its advertising, that disability adaptations are limited.
