  Better than expected

  Literally some friends and I stayed here one night because our flight got in early and the Air B&B we booked wasnt available. The hotel is really great! If it was closer to where we needed to be we would have stayed! We booked a double bed room, standard, nothing fancy. The room was very spacious, complete with a bathroom, couch and kitchen! More than enough. Plus, there was free breakfast offered. Just the typical hotel breakfast stuff! The only issue was the staff wasnt too friendly. Morning and late night! Outside of that, Id definitely stay there again!

  Clean & accomodating

  They had messed up our reservations for two kings and a Sofa, the accomodated us by giving us two rooms....one with two queens, and one with one King. My two big boys had their own room and beds. They were so excited.

  Will never stay again

  Front desk was rude. Asked for the WiFi code she said they didnt have one. Never told me breakfast hours or anything. Got up to the room 1st comforter had stains and blood on it. Took it down to get another one. The second one also had two big stain spots on it. Finally got a ok one the third time. Stains on couch and wall. A thing on the ceiling which I assume was the smoke alarm blinked a white light every 15 minutes so needless to say didnt get much sleep. We were suppose to stay two nights but ended up checking out the next morning.

  The Place to Stay

  This is a very Clean Location. The Staff is Courteous and Kind. The Suite were In had Nice Accomodations. A Large Iiving Area Nice Refrigerator and Microwave Oven and Nice Service! This Stay was a bang for the bucks.

  Breakfast Needs Improvement, But Accomodations Were Very Good

  Lots of positives at this hotel, so I want to get the negatives out of the way, up-front. The Marketplace/Pantry was totally empty, save for a few soft drinks and ice creams. This needs to be stocked. Breakfast was sub-par in quality - one morning the eggs were runny, the sausage was over-cooked, and the bread selection were poorly-stocked. On another morning, sausage gravy was served, but there were no biscuits ! Now, the positives; all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The common areas (lobby, breakfast area, business center, fitness center) were all very modern and up-to-date. I was very impressed with the spaciousness and cleanliness of my suite, with a comfortable bed, and modern appliances. The whole setting was very relaxing. Hotel is in a quiet, safe location, and was across the street from one of my favorite Italian restaurants in STL. I'd consider staying here again, although would want to know that the pantry is fully-stocked, and the breakfast issues are resolved.
