  Dirty sheets, rude receptionist

  Where to begin... When we first arrived in our two queen bed room both sets of sheets were dirty. There was hair on one of the beds and hair, as well as a dead BUG on the second. They offered us a new room to fix the problem. Okay, great! Except for the fact that this room was also dirty. More hair on the bed... It makes you wonder if sheets are actually being changed here. We decided just to wipe off the hair and deal with it because we weren't trying to be difficult or to make a scene. We understand that things can happen and no room is perfect. At least this room did not have a dead bug. I will also add that the bathrooms were not clean either. Hair in both sinks and hair around the rim of the toilet on the floor. It was pretty gross. With all of that being said... And this is the first hotel review I have ever written. The worst part of this hotel was the woman working the desk the morning of 9/28/18. She was very rude during our check-out. She asked us to explain where we saw the hair and bug because "the housekeeper couldn't find what we were talking about." She was VERY condescending! She actually said that they never have problems with rooms not being clean. Which I can see from several other reviews is a flat out LIE. We will not be staying here again which is a shame because the hotel itself is very quiet and well decorated. But after staying in many many hotels over the years, clean rooms and nice staff are what's important to us .

  From the moment I was greeted by front dest staff to check in I was very impressed the presentation of the hotel was very clean and welcoming front desk staff was very helpful in informing myself about my stay they have laundry which is complementery with your stay ( very convenient) I might add as well as a complementary breakfast . The housekeeping staff were very friendly and thorough in making sure my stay was comfortable the presentation of the rooms was great the beds very comfortable . When I checked out I was treated by the GM (Natayla) who was very polite and friendly . All in all my stay was very warm and welcoming I will deffinatly staying here for my future business trips

  Nice, clean and quiet

  Clean well kept room and lobby area. The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size for the two of us. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The location is close to the civic center and not far from downtown area.

  It deserves to be #7 of #9 hotels

  Was charged $40 more than reservation......but that was resolved. Extended stay BUT no ice.....no soap, shampoo in rooms.....lobby dirty.....room dirty.....breakfast area dirty and standard terrible Choice hotel processed food choices. Terrible value at $119 winter rate. 6 better options in Watford......will be trying one of those next time and would recommend you do also.

  Horrible Stay!

  If I could rank this place zero stars, I would. Service is terrible, rooms are dirty and they are so over priced. Asked to be moved to a clean room and was given another dirty room. Awful experience. Never again.
