  Buen ambiente

  Me quedé 2 noches, la habitación que me tocó estaba limpia, la cama la disfruté mucho, el hotel se encuentra en un muy buen lugar de Farmington. Lo negativo, pero es muy personal, fue el desayuno, como latina, ansiaba comer platos más variados. Creo que el precio es quizás un poco alto, pero en promedio esta bien.

  El Hotel resulto ser una Buena Relación entre el Precio y los servicios. El servicio de limpieza a las habitaciones podría mejorar al ser mas constante e integral. El tamaño del Gym se agradecría que fuera mas grande y con mas aparatos.

  Time to prepare

  My company booked this hotel so I could regroup and recharge . I was a little dismayed at the front desk clerk attitude concerning truck drivers . I asked her politely where I could park to stay out of everybodys way . Her response is we normally dont have truck drivers here . Well then put in that your description so truck drivers wont stay there . Overall room was clean ,refrigerator was a little spotty on getting cold , bed was nice and comfortable , a big issue is there are no USB ports or usb recharging station . Appliances and dishes where clean . Why is there no appliance locker for things like mixers , slow cookers etc .that you check out and bring back . Shower was nice and hot . Will stay there again if they let me stay there because of my big vehicle . The front door entrance is not automatic so people with wheel chairs or other issues might have problems . The hallway carpets are stained and dirty in places , back stairway carpet is dirty . Laundry room was big and clean , need to keep the front loader washer doors open to prevent mold and every so often clean the seal .grocery store just down the street . There is even a laundry basket in the room

  Disappointed

  We chose the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham because of the name, national presence. We thought there would be good standards. There wasn't. The room was dirty. There were candy wrappers left behind the tv. I opened the sleeper sofa for my son to sleep on and found a cigarette lighter. The underside of the couch cushions were stained. My son chose not to sleep on the sofa because he found hair on the sheets. When we brought these issues to the front desk that person could do nothing but hand us a business card and say the Director of Sales would contact us. She never did. I will not stay at the Haworthn Suites again and do not encourage you to stay either.

  Comfortable, Roomy, Clean

  I had a real nice 9-day stay here and was pleased with the room and the service. Everything was clean and well maintained. My only complaint at all was a slow internet that was often not working at all. Location is good for those who want to be in a quiet suburb but get downtown in 40 Minutes.
