  Como estar en casa

  Excelente hostal, es como estar en casa. Servicio excelente, en el 6 piso hay un lobby muy comodo, con lavandería gratis, buen cafe y jugo de naranja libre. Ideal para llevar algo para cenar o tomar una cerveza. La habitación es un poco pequeña pero muy limpia y en realidad uno no pasa mucho tiempo en ella. Buena ubicación a 5 o 10 min caminando de la estación central de metro y tren.

  Budget Hotel

  Hotel is near Taipei Main Station Exit Y13 which is pretty impressive for travelers who prioritize on hotel location. However, there is no lift but steep stairs. Be prepared to carry your luggage esp for ladies with heavy luggage. Hallway is dark and narrow which is still okay for us. For room wise, it's rather dirty. Some red spots started appearing on my arms which i suspected might be bugs. Curtains are dusty thus not advisable for travelers with sensitive nose. Door latch is not properly secured to the wall, so safety is an issue. Water pressure and heater is good which i prioritize as the nights were cold; which is a thumbs up. You can do free laundry.

  Cosy for a solo traveller

  Its privacy is good enough when you travel alone. Place is nice and clean even the staircase is a little bit too steep. One good thing, it is very near to the taipei main station for both MRT and the airport line. The staff and the front desk is very helpful.

  Excellent Service

  The people that are working at the hotel are fantastic. They are so helpful and kind. They helped us with our plane tickets, where to get local food and where we can exchange our money. Ivonne was really helpful with a lot of our needs. She has lots of experience with customer service. We cannot ask for more. Ari and Xinner were also really great at their job. They are so professional in work from the time we walked in. We cannot ask for more.

  Fantastic little place

  I spent 7 nights here back in January. I found the hotel super clean and comfortable, with excellent staff who were very informative about local attractions and transport. My room was quite large, with two beds and the bathroom had a shower and a deep bathtub too. The location is fantastic, about a five minute walk from the main station. There are also many places to eat and drink in the area, and the famous night market is a short walk away. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Taipei.
