  Lovely, friendly and accomodating.

  Just stayed at this lovely hotel with a large group. I cant really fault it at all. Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were of ample size with safe and small fridge. Lovely surroundings. Food was nice, the wine even better ;-) 30 mins by bus to the city centre. Local supermarket about 3min walk and 10 mins from the river. No tea and coffee facilities in the room and front facing rooms could be a little noisy with passing traffic and freight railway in the distance but not to be put off. All in all lovely friendly hotel.

  Lovely friendly hotel

  This hotel just catered for a large group of adults and children with an unsociable schedule. The staff done everything to accommodate us from early starts to late evening meals. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was lovely and they catered for special dietary needs within the party. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

  Value for money

  A 4 star hotel, not far from Würzburg. To far for visiting the city but as I was on business trip and my customer was only 10 km from there, it was a perfect location. Do not understand that they want 9 euro for a car park in the basement. They gave me the key for a room that was not made up so I had to change room. Restaurant was ok, breakfast very good.

  Rude receptionist, no aircon, broken fridge

  I stayed here in a business trip, booked on booking.de as it has sauna and spa. unfortunately was greeted by a rude receptionist,not even a smurk on her face or at least pretend to be nice. very short tempered and nearly yelled at everything she said. got into a non aircon room while it is 35C outside ( note that this hotel is 4 stars !!!!), room is good size and clean have to be fair but once i phoned the reception as the fridge isnt working and hope i could change to another room she replied '' that's out of the question''. i could go on about how terrible the staffs here is but in conclusion: AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE SOMEONE BEG TO STAY HERE FOR FREE.

  Lovely Hotel

  Stayed with a party of 15 on a Shearings holiday, the room was lovely and clean and a very good shower room, we only had one choice for our evening meal but it was good, and the breakfast was excellent, there is a lovely little terrace and pretty gardens
