  Ok.. but wouldnt return

  Pros - Restaurant staff were polite and helpful - hotel bus shuttle is great - would defo recommend and will save you money - Sky Bar has good views and pool is clean. Cons - We were told our room was ready and had been upgraded but was then later told we werent allowed in our room until we re-payed at a higher rate due to an issue they had with booking.com (we have been travelling 14hours plus) - when we called booking.com they informed us this wasnt our problem and they called the hotel whilst we were there, the hotel still said no to letting us in the room until they had resolved the situation. - When we pushed back and said we had paid and this wasnt our problem and please can we go to our room they told us the room wasnt ready (please refer back to point one). When this was queried the receptionist finally took us to the room (clearly it was ready) but wasnt friendly. - hotel room could have been cleaned better, not flighty but marks on tables etc. - not within walking distance to much.

  Birthday to remember

  Amazing stay in this wonderful hotel. Made it birthday to remember. Super cool decorating, rose bathtub and candles are some of the luxuries we enjoyed!! We strongly recommend!! They also have free transportation to the main beach if you book from the previous day.

  Great Hotel at Patong Gill

  Having stayed in big chain hotels we were little concerned about choosing this hotel. However, it didnt disappoint. The hotel is beautiful with great breakfast. Only downside is their slow service and the pool attached to rooms arent big enough to swim but enough to cool down your body.

  Convenient location, spacious room

  We stayed 1 night in a pool access suite. The room was specious and clean. The hotel was pretty empty and restaurant was close for dinner but since the hotel was easily access and very close to Patong we just ordered foodpanda. Overall a very nice hotel not too far from Phuket town and Patong with reasonable price. Would love to stay again if we have a chance.

  Elegant & Tranquil Resort in Patong

  It was my second time staying at Mai House Patong Hill. And this time I also brought my friend to experience my favorite resort. The resort was still beautiful, clean and had a peaceful ambiance. The room was new, spotless, and gorgeously decorated. The bed was superrrrrrr soft. And most importantly, the minibar in the room was FREE! Although the Mai Sky rooftop lounge was still closed, we could still go there to watch stunning sunsets in the evening. Its really one of the best sunset spots in Patong! Moreover, the receptionist, Pang was very friendly and helpful. She helped us with everything we asked for. Besides, the mechanic named Boy helped give us a lift to a bus station near the resort because the driver wasnt available at that time (which we truly understood the situation during this difficult time.) If youre looking for a nice place to relax from the hustle and bustle of central Patong, yet not far from it, Mai House Patong Hill wont ever disappoint you.
