  Relaxing place in a middle of busy city. Its my first time I come to south Jakarta, and feel so impressed with people in here. Staff, food quality are awesome. Thanks for whom cooperating in this hotel to give the best for costumer. Good luck and keep up the good work.

  Bad experience

  Maharadja Hotel We arrived at maharadja hotel around 9pm, the lobby was empty no one open the door or helped us with the luggage, after finished with checked in we look for the escalator still carrying our own luggage, we met someone with blue uniform (not sure from which department) infront of the cafe near the escalator asking if we were ok with the luggage i just said it's ok and continue looking for our room number. The building looks so old and poorly maintained , I can see the carpet along the alley looks dusty, faded and had some stain in some corner, we were so tired that night and hoping we could just sleep soon we reach our room, Too bad the situation said differently. I cannot sleep infront of the mirror since i was a kid and i have tryphobia and what a nightmare soon we open the door and enter the room i feel like my nightmare came true that night the room looks old and dusty i saw two small bed one was facing a huge mirror and the other one was facing a brown square POLCADOT decoration, pillow case was faded! They put light/bulb behind the mirror and we cannot find a way to turn it off guess it meant to be on like a night lamp but it's really too bright for sleeping, I insisted my friend to transfer to other hotel that night but my friend refused cause we were too tired and really need rest cause we have another early flight the next morning and we already paid the hotel for two nights. 1st night We ended up watching tv and stayed up late and just fell asleep in the morning i covered all my body with the blanket and avoid to face that decoration on the wall, when i woke i felt my body specially my legs was itchy guess the bed or the blanket was dirty, 2nd night we really can't sleep due to the light infront of the bathroom make some noise and it keep on and off like a disco lamp.. Anyway we left the hotel super early in the morning that day and goes straight to the airport. Bathroom was small it's dirty got stain everywhere, has soap and one toothbrush onl. I was actually reccomended this hotel and ask my friend to stay in this hotel instead of others cause of the reviews but i was wrong...I don't think i can recommend this hotel anymore to my friends.

  No hospitality

  Please note that hotel is completely a self serve hotel. no support staff. Could be considered a low budget hotel. Staff not so supportive nor dose have a good communication (English) skills. Difficult to get any basic info. NO Concierge service or other travel information would be available. Strictly a Executive stay or business stay hotel.

  Worst hotel and staff ever!!!!!

  I checked in late at 2.30 am due I have late flight from Bali. First impression when I entering the hotel was the smell!!! Its terrible and the staff who checked me in was arrogant! No hospitality at all! The room so old, dirty, and again the smell was so bad! Dont stay here!!!!! Or you will regret yourself

  EXTREMELY WORST HOTEL !!!

  To many bad things in this hotel, i know if the price is cheaper however this kind of issues is so awful : - we just check in at 9PM, very tired from our flight, and first worst impression was corridor carpet very dirty, so moldy and so smelly. - we enter the room also bad smell, AC in the room not working properly, and very old as well - Bed OH MY GOD, suddenly my back and my thigh so itchy, my back swelling due to itchy, and my girl her body become red because so itchy and she kept doing scratching her body and cant sleep at all !! - Im trying to upgrade the room and asking for additional charge however front desk staff said if I already used the room it would be additional charge to clean up the new room + price for room upgrade as well, Ow really?? Well, without saying anything immediately i check out from this hotel and move to better one, same price with clean room and hotel. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY !!
