ExcellentLoved the private little villa. Great pool. Amazing service. Perfect location. Close walk to the beach yet close walk to restaurants and shops. Only one of the burners on the stove worked but it was enough. They burnt mosquito coils every day and night which made for no bugs. Private, quiet and relaxing.

Great Villa, excellent price! We decided to book at this place on a whim to celebrate our anniversary, and boy, this place did not disappoint. Location: If you want somewhere more quiet, private place, then this is for you. It's not in the tourist center, where it is noisy, and getting to one place to another is easy thanks to Grab. Grabbing groceries at the supermarket is 14k IDR one way, which is cheap. One major downside is that McDonalds delivery to the area is not available :( Villa: The villa is gorgeous for the price. Half of the pool is covered, so even during the rainy season, you can still enjoy a quick swim. The room upstairs is fantastic, but the lock for the door is broken, so you have to use the key to lock it. Hot water takes time to heat up, no biggie. You can cook there too. Privacy is great, especially if you villa is at the back (Villa 1-3 i think). Service: We were never able to try their room service, but they do deliver your breakfast to your villa. And for our whole stay, they were freakin' on time. Shows a lot re: their service. :) Too bad there were no drivers for the shuttle, but Grab was cheap and quick so its ok. :) Cleanliness: Everything is good for us in terms of cleanliness, as I actually not expecting much, but I was surprised that it was clean. The pool has some leaves under the small wooden plank but that's about it. :) You will not regret staying here, this place is a definite keeper and hopefully this place will be maintained for a long time as we do plan to come back to Bali soon :)

Good Villa with Good ServicesGood location in Seminyak area (Petitinget). Close to mini market, restaurants, bars, stores and few minutes to beach club (Woo Bar & Potato Head). Limited parking area (only for 3 cars). Easy dan fast check in with welcome drink. The lucky one we can early check before 2pm. The staffs on duty are friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Putu Dwi, Mr Yoga and team. Limited staff on duty during high season. Access from lobby to Villa not easy to bring big luggages since the access only with steping block but the staffs very helpful to help bring our luggages. Property good enough but need maintain regulary to keep the good condition. Unique design villa with traditional concept. Bed room in 2nd fl, pool and service area (kitchen, dinning table, living room & 2nd toilet) in in the first fl. No tv in the first floor. Room big enough with ac and ceiling fan but circulation of ac swing direct to bed. Mineral water in the bottle and fruits are complimentary. Safety box provided in the room. Kimono provided for 2 pax. Bath towels are not clean still any stain. Bath accessories very good, exclusive and complete. Bath room is very big with bathtub, shower box and separate toilet. Hot water unstable. We can choose breakfast menus : western, continental and Indonesian breakfast. Breakfast with simple menu but very complete consist of main course, tea or coffee, juice and fruits.

Do not stay here!Do not stay at Mahala Hasa! The accommodation is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom had not been cleaned, with significant mould build-ups in the shower and toilet. The bedsheets had numerous blood stains and potentially an infestation issue. The kitchen had masses of hair on the floor, including near the fridge door. Unfortunately the host thought that the Vila was in an acceptable condition which is deeply disturbing given the cleanliness issues.

Would not recommend staying here. Worst villa we have ever stayed in!We arrived at Mahala Hasa Villas and after check in were shown to our room. As we arrived we entered our villa the first thing I noticed was a horrible smell. I opened the sliding door to the bathroom and nearly sick from the smell. The shower and toilet area smelled of sewerage and urine. The bathroom was mould ridden, the toilet seat was yellow, the shower not only had mould but it looked unclean, the bath was also yellow, the floors in the villa were scratched, the ottoman at the end of the bed was missing buttons, the chair to the desk area had a pretzel on it which was not from us, the tv did not work nor did the safe. I was left in tears while my husband laughed and said, "We are out of here" and for him to comment really says something. We went to reception and told her we were leaving the next day she asked why and explained. While a new room was offered we were not going to accept it after the state of the 1st room. To allow patrons into an unclean, unmaintained villa is really unacceptable yet, they refused a refund. I would definitely recommend other villas in Seminyak which offer a lot nicer villas and location. The pictures honestly do not depict the state the villas are in they need proper maintenance and cleaning. All I can say was we were shocked and disgusted and we were both glad to leave.
