  Infestation of roaches

  After driving for 24 hours we found this place .....half a sleep room looked dirty ,walk in our bathroom urine in toilet and around rim ....wakeup at 2am and find roaches all over by our refrigerator and table next to it where I had my clothes and hygiene products. .....put the roaches that I could in a cup took them to the front desk and she said I should have reported sooner.............Really you are telling me that I sleep for a few hours to wake up to go to bathroom and the best you got was I could have switched rooms , ummm no if roaches are in one they are in all of the room they follow pipe lines stupid .....she could have credit part of my money back but instead said it was my fault . WORST PLACE I'VE EVER STAYED ......DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE HOME ROACH PETS ....NOW I'M SPENDING MORE MONEY TO WASH EVERYTHING TWICE IN MY LUGGAGE TO BE SURE I DON'T TAKE THEM HOME IN MY THINGS .....ALL HYGIENE PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN TOSSED IN THE GARBAGE. .... Ugh......this has me furious

  Hurricane Irma Evacuation

  Staff is very nice and friendly. Free breakfast leaves something to be desired, like, breakfast? Room smelled funny but prob the a/c. Bathroom was so dirty I showered with my flip flops on. Ceiling in there is water stained and moldy, actually had a strip of it fall on me in the shower. After housekeeping came thru the same dirt and dead bugs were still in the corners of the bathroom. I bought my own stuff and wiped up in there. Everything in here, walls, doors, counters, needs a scrubbing with bleach and a brush. Table is falling apart. This was the only place with rooms still available but they seem to charge extra for the ick factor.

  Nasty Place, Greedy Owner.

  We booked this location because of Hurricane Irma, last Monday Sept 11. The hotel was listed for $140 the night and the regular price is $82, so the owner was obviously taking advantage of the emergency. The Room had an awful smell, there were bugs in the beds and bathroom, the sheets were dirty, hair in sink & toilet nasty (back circle in the bottom). We were traveling with a baby so we decided not to stay. We barely stayed in the room for 5 minutes, we didn't even sit in any chair, and the owner charged us 50% ($76 including taxes) just because we booked online. He told us we 'should have seen the pictures of the hotel before booking', but unfortunately any of the pictures showed such a nasty place. He offered to accommodate us in another room, but who will stay with a baby knowing that there are bugs in the bed??? (we even had to kill them!). I rather sleep in my car than in that place. I didn't find it safe at all. Save you from a bad experience and book elsewhere.

  Clean and Comfortable rooms

  I thought that the price was a little high at $107 for one night. The room was clean and actually had 4 towels....nice fluffy towels at that! The a/c worked great. Room was small but efficient. There is no pool. Apparently they don't have enough money to fix it. All in all the place is fine.

  1st time in Mrsippi

  I never been to Mississippii. My girls daughters family lives in Gautier. We drove down from Indiana arrived just after midnight. It's a good sized hotel. The rooms are very big. Studio like. The bathroom had a big bath tub. There was a switch next to the bathroom light that turns on heat in the bathroom. Took full advantage of it. The free breakfast was carp. But very happy with this hotel.
