  Hotel from hell

  Aweful, Poor services or lack of services is a better fit. This hotel did me injustice and failed to clean my room they gave me dirty towels and the service they provide should be described as an abomination.

  Value driven choice!

  Clean and affordable! Needed a quick overnight place to sleep. Front desk clerk was very friendly for a 10pm checkin. Gave it a four as the lights in the room are not bright and the bed was pretty hard! So tired we could have slept on concrete! So one night was not bad! Would stay there again!

  Would not recommend

  The place felt liked it needed money spent on it. We had a Jacuzzi in the room which made it fun, but everything felt cheap. (except the price) was a late night choice after a visit to Graceland. Breakfast choice so bad I went without - my husband had fruit loops.

  Hidden treasure

  First place EVER to call after checkout and let me know I had left something (computer cord) in my room. The room had separate sitting area which made it have the feel of an extended stay at a discount price. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful Room was good; bed was nice. Have already recommended this hotel to others at the worksite. Definitely keeping this on the list to return to when working in the area.

  Road Trip South

  Heading south with a dog found us booking hotels usually the day before while on the road. We use Hotels.com because its pretty easy and I get more travel points on my credit card. Decided to take a day off and spent 2 nights at this place. We had a king bed suite with a small kitchen. It's hard to write reviews now with covid because of things hotels have done. Not their problem but don't understand why places have kitchen areas but have removed all utensils. I guess I will put this on all my reviews but I would have packed for it had I known (small fry pan would have done wonders). but again its covid.... We had a small couch sitting area, comfortable king bed, large counter in bathroom. All these things are great because more room helps. Took the dog walking down the small street next to the hotel which goes into a housing development with sidewalks. having a grassy walking area when traveling with a dog is so nice. wish more people would mention that in their reviews. We also used the Paws Inn dog day care which is just down the street for out trip to Graceland. We will easily stay here again when traveling south.
