Buen hotelLindo, limpio y bien ubicado, a metros de la playa. Estuvimos en una habitación del segundo piso y todo OK. La comida también muy bien. El personal atento aunque se manejan con poco inglés algunos. Poco wifi. Buena pileta.

Last minute holidayWell I booked this place without reading any reviews on the hotel or the area but safe to say we were not disappointed. Rooms aren't very big but they are adequate for what's required of them. Our room was one of the low level rooms, no balcony but a patio area with 2 chairs and a table. We had a double bed and a single bed, a fridge, a kettle, hairdryer and aircon everything we needed for a weeks stay. Maids cleaned the room every day and fresh towels when required. The staff are lovely and are very attentive, beer cheap, food cheap and tasty, can't fault it. Would come here again. Wasn't over crowded either so no dash for a sunbed as there were plenty, in fact there were never many people at the pool so it was very chilled. All in all a fab stay.

Great value for moneyWe booked a last minute stay here as our holiday to Portugal was cancelled. It was brilliant value for money. The rooms are good with a really comfy bed. Theres a nice pool with plenty of sun beds although they arent very comfortable as they have no cushions so we had to get cheap lilos to put on them. The breakfast isnt great, very basic with no toast or cereal available. The location is brilliant, so close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff are really lovely and friendly.

Judith and IanWell ware do I start this was our only chance to go away this year as 2 holidays had been cancalled due to covid the hotel is in a lovely spot right next to the beach and the strip the night we arrived we were put in a basement room we ast for a different room as our out look was a brick wall but there was no rooms available so we made do with the room we got maids we're in every day cleaning changing towels abd bedding could not fault them 1 bit we were half board breakfast was fruit fruit and more fruit if you wanted a slice of toast you had to pay for it needless to say we ate our for breakfast the evening meal there was about 5 choices on the menu we ate there twice as the men you was poor and both nights it was a pancake for desert I don't like pancakes so I asked if I could have ice cream and I was told no it was not on the menu so after that we ate out all the time all the sun loungers are plastic no coverings on them and most of them are split needless to say there very dangerous always plenty sunbeds as not many sat round the pool the manager sat at the bar alday and night watching everything going on around him he woukd call 1 of the waiters over to him and they'd run around taking him knifes and forks water sauces etc I felt sorry 4 them to be honest my husband ast for a bottle off efes the manager served him and he's still waiting for his change as we had a late check out we ast if any rooms ware available we new we would have to pay that was not a problem as we have paid for late check outs in the past the room was only 25 pounds but it was realy bad wires hanging from sockets cases and other items covared in dust in this room no kettle and only 1 light worked our 3rd night we witnessed a Turkish man braying his wife around there room in front of there 3 year old son it was terrible the shouting and slapping reception went to this room and the man in question came out with there little boy and the woman was lying on the floor they just left her there we paid 1400 pounds for 12 nights at this hotel it's like faulty towers to be honest it was a eye opener I would go back to oludeniz as the boat trips and other excursions are lovely could not fault them but this hotel definitely not the manager does nothing to keep his customers happy or to stay and spend money at his hotel

Bad food, bad serviceLets put it this way: any hotel experience is around 70% about the quality of the staff and management. and the quality here is 0. The guy behind the reception is extremely rude and dry. most of the staff are underage boys. the breakfast is horrible. like i mean ... disgusting. a plate with like cheese, olived, a peice of cucumber, tomateo and watermelon!!!! also very stingy, and the people serving are so unprofessional. we asked for more of the "stew"and he made it so awkward and was like this is enough for two people!!! let me put it this way: if they had a cancellation policy, and we could have paid 50$ to cancel on arrival, we would have gladly done it. mind you 50$ is worth of three nights at this craphole.
