    We arrive at hotel and have half board,and is immediately asked if we should have all inclusive which i dont really need since breakfast and dinner was more than enough for us.room was really worn out and old,looked like it had not been renovated since the 70s,door knob on hotel room door was almost broken,we told the staff,but they didnt seem to understand or did not care.door to hotel room was really thin and bad so you could literslly hear everone as they walked past.staff in reception area right next to entrance smoking,so you had to breathe in their smoke,it was disgusting,entire area smelled of cigarette smoke.SO IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO CIGARETTE SMOKE,DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.food at restaurant gave me food poisoning and diarea,food there was not good,especially not the small birds that looked like tiny chickens,tasted old and weird and sour.Cooks in restaurant kept speaking arabic to me like I would understand?I talked to guy in reception that we wanted 2 big and 2 small extra towels,said he would take care of it,still like 3 hours later,no towels or nothing,so i decide to call them and tell them again,then a guy comes with only one towel to door,but bring rest a bit later. Beach was ok,but like next to the hotel beach at neighbor beach was really a lot of thrash,and looked really bad,one would think the hotel would want it nice around to let guests see. This hotel is not worth the money.cant believe this hotel is rated as a 4 star,would not even rate this as a 2 star hotel

    YMCA are better standards. Not a 4 Star not even a 2 Star

    Returned after 2 days from a booked 14 day stay. Reason of return is clearly the hotel is not a 4 star Egyptian hotel. It may had been at some point but is not any more. The issues we found is the following: 1. We was informed and by their written directions that water was only available by glass. We was not permitted a bottle of water-of any description unless we paid extra in their words being 25 Egyptian Pound per bottle. So if we was thirsty at night we was out of luck unless we drank their tap water? 2. Wine as I and my friend only drink red and white wine, we was informed as per their verbal and written instructions that wine was only allowed with a meal and outside the meal the wine was extra / chargeable per glass this contradicts LOVEHOLIDAYS website stating wine available from 18.30 to 21.30! (So this means we have to pay for drinking water and wine ?. Not to mention the 1 glass of white wine we had was clearly watered down, I say this as my friend was a former publican and restaurateur. 3. The room only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, We had to use a hand towel to dry myself on, I was informed by the cleaner/ room attendant that another large towel was not possible. 4. At night it was extremely cold, The air conditioning unit did not work correctly were reversing the system did not permit warm air. We asked about this as the system was showing E which in my opinion means Error. We was informed that heating was extra, no mention of this anywhere in the website or leaflet. In that case we asked for extra blankets, we was told their was none available followed by the request for my friends bed that had no mattress protector to be told their was no others spare ? So a bed with no mattress protector, means having to sleep on a mattress with other people skin flakes, love juices etc not in any way hygienic. 5. TV with Satellite. Really, Yes their was a TV but all the channels was blank when we scrolled through them. So the fact their was a TV was pointless if it is not showing any civilization channels. 6. Mini bar. We understand that a mini bar can be stocked but the fridge was so iced one would question were would the items go. The bar staff said we have to pay for the mini bar to be stocked with the items before we even received the items whether we used them or not ? The fridge needed de-icing and a good clean inside. 7. The room was extremely dirty and thick with dust everywhere, Vanity unit. Headboard, sideboard. As a Asthma sufferer it is important for a clean room as a matter of fact we both have asthma and the floor was dirty, the shower had black mould in the bathroom and well the shaving mirror was pointless as this was dirty as the whole place was, even the floor had gathered supreme dirt. It need brushing and a good bleaching as did the whole room. 8. The light switches that one had to touch was extremely dirty as can be seen in the photo. It needed a good clean. The light did not work above the bed as the bulbs was dead. 9. Room telephone, what is the point of a bedroom telephone if it does not have a dial tone and does not work, We was unable if wanted to call for room service or anything at all including to call reception? 10. Swimming pool well this was absolutely filthy as per photo. Not to mention were their should and was pebbles concreted in their was grass growing along side it. Not at all tempting to swim in it, after all it looks like camels had been washed in it. If the swimming pool is seasonal your holidays website needs to state this! 11. Upon asking for a glass of water from the bar to drink, the barman had run out of glasses and walked to a table picked up to glasses and rinsed them under a cold tap and filled the glass with bottled water, not cleaning detergent at all was used. Now this is wrong on so many levels and we saw this happen so many times. We had to buy bottled water at 25 Egyptian pound to drink so we would not go dehydrated. 12. At the meal times their was not even a salad option, my friend took salad cream sachets with him with hope of a salad in case the food was not to his liking only to uncover their was no salad options laid out at all but fish and as he is allergic to all fish and has to have an epipen we sought to try what was on offer being mashed potato and beef, well the mashed potato was so loose I could had poured it in to a bowl and the beef if that is what it was suppose to have been was nothing more than grissel I state this as a 706/1 and 706/2 City and Guilds Chef trained in the UK and France. 13. We asked for a sunbed towel and was told no card no towel, but we was never given a card for a towel so we did not use the sunbeds. Yes, we complained to all we could even the head house keeper. Who came to the bedroom finally and apologised for the dirty room and the issues we identified. She explained hat she use to work as a supervisor at the Hilton for which was met that the standards does not meet any normal Egyptian hotel. Never again will i trust what travel agents claim on a website and or their photographs. Hence done a section 75 with credit card company for Misrepresentation under the Misrepresentations Act 1967.

    Fantastic

    Second time in this hotel at the same time of year and I cannot speak highly enough of it. Great food, great staff, clean rooms and a Magic Beach I enjoyed running in the morning followed by stretching and darts with the amazing animation team before taking lunch.My afternoons where spent relaxing and the entertainment in the evenings was splendid. Special mention to Tito, Julie, Monica and Youzou for making me feel like home as well as Abdul who is always looking out for his guests. I am a bit passed it but the team will also get you to a night club if you want to any day of the week with good deals.

    Lovely hotel and people

    My boyfriend and I spent a week in this hotel and we both think it was relaxing. We had a stunning view from our room and almost everybody was welcoming. If you booked a standard room like we did, dont expect luxury because it is very basic but it is clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was also good but it would be better if they have more selection especially for breakfast. Same goes with the drinks. For me, the animation team really stood out. I enjoyed their activities and shows at night. Ive really enjoyed the morning yoga and they always make sure that people are having a good time while theyre there. We havent really experienced going out with them at night because we were there to relax but I think if youre someone who likes to party, it would be nice to go with the animation team for disco in the club. I just would like to mention few people who were really nice to us. Tito, Yuliyah and Monica of the animation team- you were the best guys! Mahmoud, the one who makes eggs for breakfast- we admire your positive attitude at work. Ahmed, the waiter who was really nice. Abdou, the guard who has been helping us since we arrived and the person who cleans the room everyday, sorry I forgot your name but we respect the job that youre doing! Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience in Hurghada. This hotel is really a good choice if you want to have a relaxing holiday!

    Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant manager

    Loved the food. So tasty and fresh. Restaurant manager excellent. Beautiful location. Will come again. Only leaving a day early as extended holiday to meet friends in a different location. Been to Egypt many times. First time in hurghada. Highly recommended and recommended this hotel. So good value. To the manager of the hotel; please feed this back to the restaurant manager and waiting on staff Couple from liverpool. Uk
