Great location, friendly staffYes these apartments are small and a bit dated (though if you frequently rent apartments in French ski resorts you will know that this is pretty standard) but they are well laid out and work well as a base for a family. Positives: - Great location in centre of town - Very friendly and helpful staff (not always the case with Maeva so this was well appreciated) - Nice and warm - Plenty of hot water - Seemed well sound-proofed, we didn't hear much from neighbours or those above or below us - Pool table and table tennis kept the kids amused for a few hours Negatives - Car park quite cramped (so much so that another car helpfully scratched right down the side of our hire car, meaning our holiday ended on quite a sour note with a massive excess to pay to the hire company!) - Would have a been nice to have a kettle Can't really fault the place, if we come back to Meribel I think we would definitely consider coming back.

Great Great location but very small basic roomIf youre planning on not spending too long in your accommodation and are maximising skiing and apres ski then this is a good option! Its right in the centre of town, v.close to restaurants and bars and the pistes are about 5 mins down the road. Very good ski rental place over the road and a bus stop directly opposite which can get you home from the pistes if youve had too many toffee vodkas up the mountain! On the negative side there were 2 of us in a 4 person room and it was fine, but anymore will be a little cramped. But like I said, if youre here for skiing and want a great location and are good enough mates with travel companions that you can get on in cramped-ish circumstances then dont hesitate in booking! Hope this helps!

ideal situationStayed here last week and would recommend this place. The ski slope is across the road and accessable using an escalator at the side of tourist office. The couple who manage the appart\ hotel could not have been more helpful. They both speak excellent English and are very welcoming. The flat we had was for six people but more suiatble for 4. the facilities were very good and having a ski locker was a bonus.

Friendly but basic! We have stayed in Pierre et Vacances apartments in numerous French ski resorts so thought we knew what to expect. The hotel is in a great location for skiing and restaurants but the rooms really are very small. Our bed was awful too. Be prepared that the rooms dont come with a kettle ( or a hairdryer) and that you are expected to clean your room at the end of your stay. If you dont want to do this you have to pay 40 Euros. We did our own cleaning but it had to be inspected by the management. I actually dont mind this too much but it was not clear when we booked and I like to know what I am getting for my money. The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming and if you literally just want to sleep in the apartment then you will probably be fine staying here but personally we wont stay here again.
