  Ideal para casamientos

  El hotel es muy bueno. frente al mar. Inmejorable vista. Limpio. Ordenado. La atencion en el front desk es lenta. Y el sistema de parking es confuso. Excelente restaurant. El precio es excesivo. El pueblo muy elegante.

  Weekend Getaway

  Nice location- quiet and directly on the water in an upscale beach neighborhood . Don't get the $20 fee for parking your own car, BUT it is their little money maker- so whatever. Bar and Restuarant were fine and staff was friendly. As for the room- ditch the sled frame and get something sleeker (modern), so you can at least SEE the fireplace from your bed. And I have NOT seen a TV that small in a U.S. hotel room in over 10 years... Hello- it's 2021- time for the upgrade. Room was clean and deck is a nice feature, just suprised there was NO hairdryer in the room. Covid safety regulations were clearly marked (much appreciated).

  Very Overrated!

  The MBH is not worth the hype, and is ridiculously overpriced! 1) I tried to make a reservation (with my points) on Valentines Day weekend (for a one night stay) and was told I couldnt use the points because the hotel is losing money on me. I was stunned that they wouldnt let a Hilton Diamond member use their points. Any other night I could have used them but not this weekend because they were obviously trying to make money. 2) The staff makes you feel like youre a burden. I asked for a late check-out of noon and the woman at the desk basically bargained with me and gave me until 11:30. Explained that I was a Diamond member and she didnt seem to care. . They make you feel like you should be honored to be staying at their over-hyped hotel. SPECIAL NOTE - the Dir of Guest Services, Abby Dion, emailed me before the stay and welcomed me. I told her about my points situation and she NEVER replied to any of my emails. Shes management? Wow, Hilton. 3) There is almost no parking. On top of the limited spaces and you paying a ridiculous amount to spend the night they then stiff you with a $20 parking fee. Seriously? 4) The food is good but the price does not justify what you receive. Do yourself a favor and pick one of the many local restaurants and get a more reasonably priced meal that is a higher quality. In the end, I ended up getting my just due. I looked on my Hilton app a few days before our stay and all of a sudden they were accepting points for the night I wanted to stay. I called the Diamond desk and they canceled my old reservation and I got a new one with my points. I will never stay at this hotel again. If you want a classy place to stay go to the Waters Edge in Westbrook! They are a far classier establishment, friendly employees, much better view and piece of property, and a killer brunch that wont break the bank...

  Not relaxing!

  I have never written a review only 6 hours into my stay but here it goes-I would love to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean but instead I am listening to a wedding band! not the relaxing weekend I had envisioned! No response to my texts, would love to know when this exhausted traveler can fall asleep!

  New England in the Winter

  As you arrive the property is beautiful from the outside. You are greeted by the door staff and the first thing you see is the ocean right in front of. Declan at the front desk very welcoming and friendly as we checked in. He was also very attentive as I had 1 special request. Our room was beautifully decorated in warm colors and many shades of blue. Larger than most hotel rooms with an entire wall of glass overlooking the bay. A large balcony with chairs and table finish the nice setting. This hotel is all about the ocean and the views. Staff at the restaurant, friendly and attentive. Our fist day we had lunch, the chowder and the fish sandwich outstanding. Breakfast both days, equally as good, the corn cakes, delish. Our last dinner was equally as good, the special salmon, lobster and cranberry rice, outstanding. Most of all, the pleasant conversation I had with the restaurant manager in regards to wines of the world. She was very knowledgeable and recommended us a nice bottle. Nice to talk to someone liking wines as much as I do.( Sadly forgot her name) Folks give yourself a treat and enjoy this beautiful place with Outstanding Service.
