  Great

  Great condo, clean and well located. A great view from the balcony with easy access to the beach. Would enjoy staying there for another week if the opportunity arises again. I highly recommend this facility.

  314 Spectacular

  We went with another couple for a staycation. The unit was perfectly clean and comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed. The beds were even more comfortable than we have at home. We all agree when we come back we must stay in the same unit.

  Amazing place to stay!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Madeira Bay Resort unit 610. The unit was extremely clean and updated. It provided plenty of room for our whole family of five. The views of the beach were breathtaking! Its a great location to all the restaurants and shops at Johns Pass...just a 5 minute walk. We cant wait for our next trip back!

  Dont do it

  View is awesome and location is even better however, the rest not so great. Dishwasher was broken, sand in beds, elevators were broken the entire weekend of it wasnt both it was at least one. Glass Shower door is stuck and is about to fall down. Refrigerator was not cold and when reported to front desk we were told a work order would be put in (this was on day 1) nobody came up to repair it but we were told while we were out maintenance came and said nothing was wrong with it... by the last day someone came up to fix the fridge (too late). After reporting all of these inconsistencies we still had to pay for a late check out due to late flights. No hospitality to make it right. Go somewhere else to stay for sure.

  Not right

  My husband and I stayed one night at this resort. Some relatives were also staying there in another unit. We arrived and put our things in the bedroom and left to hang out with our family. We returned only to sleep. We never even went into the living room, we never sat on any of the furniture. The next morning we left. We got a notice we were being charged for a broken chair. We called and told them we never used any of the furniture and we would gladly pay for anything if we in fact broke it. One person we spoke to said the last guests had children and it was probably them but still we were charged $250 for a broken chair we did not sit in. Please be aware. We tried to dispute this but the hotel sent our bank a picture of the broken chair and they still charged us. Its sad because we would have stayed there again.
