  A drum, a drum, Macbeth doth come.

  A great wee stop for a night. Rooms were great and the meal was grand. Its got a pool table and good chat from the locals. Staff were all lovely folk. Its a sleepy place to stay, in that there's not much going on in the village. But the hotel and bar are a good stop over for folk. We were here one night, but I could've stayed longer had the company put us here longer. They do a great job in a small establishment. Enjoy

  Don't judge a book by its cover

  lovely clean room comfortable bed, had a great nights sleep - though is self serve breakfast and is basic and continental which we knew before booking - the chap on the bar booked us in and was only member of staff we saw - had a great atmosphere and was very friendly in the pub

  Great service and a comfy stay

  We stayed here with our Border Terrier for one night in order to attend a 40th Birthday nearby. From booking over the phone until our departure, we felt welcomed with friendly service. We didnt book breakfast, but the room was clean and comfortable with a good shower and plenty of towels. The hotel also has a sister taxi firm which is really handy.

  Fun stay

  Travelling kiwis who just loved our night stay! We were warmly welcomed by Audrey and we were made to feel right at home by the locals. Comfortable room and had the place to ourselves for breakfast. Would have to be our best Scottish welcome with lots of good advice on what to see and do.

  Good value

  Stayed here to attend a local family meal. The room was large warm and clean. Breakfast was basic but was enough and only cost £3. Really comfortable bed and good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. No real complaints at all.
